Doña Nora Bar & Restaurante

One of the best restaurants I have eaten in the world. The service is exemplary you are given a warm welcome and the food tastes amazing and the quality is wonderful. We only stayed in Cienfuegos for two nights but we went here both evenings as it was so good. highly recommended

During my stay in Cienfuegos this past August 2019, I went to different places looking for that authentic Cuban Cuisine, upon arrival to Dona Nora I knew Ive found my place. Excellent food, the staff was beyond professional well dressed and well spoken. I cant describe with words how delicious the food is, you have to go there and experience it yourself. The restaurant has that "Old Cuba" felling love it!!!!!

A very beautiful restaurant, with original decorations inside from its time period. Menu had many options and was reasonably priced, between 350 and 700 pesos. Delicious meal, and very nice service. Unlike many other private places that doubled their prices this one kept prices similar to pre covid.

Good food and great service. The staff was really nice, we told them we wanted to watch a soccer game, and even though they didn't have one in the restaurant, they brought a TV from somewhere.

Cocktails are not the best in town, too sweet and synthetic taste

Goed gegeten hier. Niet alles wat op de menukaart stond was er, maar dat gebeurt vaker in Cuba. Wat we wel kregen was van goede kwaliteit en erg lekker. Daarnaast leuk plekje en gezellig restaurantje.
Betalen in euro’s was nog wel een dingetje, gelukkig boden de buren uitkomst :)

Ich schreibe aus der Sicht eines deutschen Touristen:

Wir haben das Restaurant zufällig entdeckt, weil wir Menschen auf dem Balkon gesehen haben und es sah wirklich gemütlich aus.

Wir wurden nett am Eingang an der Straße empfangen. Die Dame zeigte uns ganz unverbindlich die Speisekarte und war im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants kein bisschen aufdringlich. Sehr freundlich. Wir wurden die Treppe hochgeschickt und auch hier nett empfangen.

Man muss bedenken, dass es in Kuba nicht immer alle Produkte gibt. Man muss sich also einen Plan B überlegen, was die Bestellung des Essens angeht.

Wir haben uns zu zweit eine Portion Ropa Vieja mit Reis geteilt. Es war wirklich sehr lecker. Die Getränke auf der Karte haben auch geschmeckt und der Kellner war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Am Ende als die Rechnung kam, waren wir überrascht, wie günstig es hier war: so haben wir umgerechnet für 2 Cocktails, 1 moccachino, 1 americano, 1 Bier, 1 Cola und 1 Hauptgericht ca. 13 Euro bezahlt.

Heute sind wir das zweite mal hier und sind wieder mal von dem Laden angetan. Kann ich sehr empfehlen. Auch die Musik ist mal ganz angenehm. Viel ABBA und ältere Musik laufen hier.

Вечером случайно зашли в этот ресторан поужинать с семьёй, так как в другой ресторан была очередь)!
Что могу сказать : сервис и обслуживание на высшем уровне!
Еда очень вкусная!
Коктейли с манго и мамей просто бомба пробовать обязательно!!!!

Nous avons passé un excellent moment. La nourriture est succulente, très copieuse, le service parfait et le cadre impeccable.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix.
J’ai été très agréablement surpris par la « Ropa vieja » avec une subtile sauce aigre-douce.

Moc fajn restaurace, dobré jídlo i pivo. Profi obsluha. Ceny adekvátní kvalitě.
