Brisas del Mar

Brisas del Mar was found by pure accident. We visited Cienfuegos and just got to walking in the back streets of the city and stumbled upon this restaurant.
The location is not central and to walk here is a little bit of work especially when it is super hot but definitely worth it.
The restaurante has the feel of being on a boat, with the nice sea breeze and sea view. The menu has exceptional choices and I must say the cocktails were just as great! We settled for shrimp and mojitos, ice cream for dessert and it was super great. The prices are pretty resonable and the portions are perfect.
Also forgot my umbrella there and the owner help unto it until when I was able to get a friend to retrieve it for me. So sweet!

They also have a generator in case you're in Cienfuegos and the lights go out

Went here for lunch after a short sightseeing walk thru Cienfuegos. I got a table overlooking the water, which was nice. Ordered the grilled pork filet, and it was very tasty. Washed it down with a HC 7 años (no ice) and the bill was quite reasonable. Recommended if you are near!

This is a nice restaurant, with good cuisine and well decorated.
In the summer the room can become very hot.
It's advised to reserve a place in a fresh area.
The fish and shrimps are good and fresh.

The food and service is excellent.

Muy bien elaborado los platos y los precios son módicos y el lugar es muy acogedor. Solo tengo que referir que por segunda vez que voy se equivocan en la suma total de la cuenta consumida, obviamente a favor de ellos. No sé si es casualidad o es intencionado. Pero por lo demás me encantó comer en el establecimiento.
