Lovely place

I made a lot of discomfort at this hotel.
I made a reservation on Hotels.com and paid for it, but when i was on the tax  I received an email saying it was full. And they sayed they couldn't refund a money yet.I was surprised and i thought this hotel was very suspicious, but, I asked to change the schedule and stayed. But alredy i paid to tax $ 40 and i lost.
And we went to there other day but it was not good in the hotel the hotel administrator is quite nervous. He says questions and attention many times. they don't have the attitude to serve customers.
The meal is very high and not the content. There is no kitchen and there is no store nearby. The hotel is in an inconvenient place that is not suitable for travel in Cuba.
There is also a difference from the purchase content. Chuck out is listed as 13:00 but they told at 10am. And also hotel.com say incluid breakfast but not.
I complained to Hotels.com. They said I was right and they contacted the hotel but the phone was down and they couldn't never talk to the owner. And Hotels.com gave me a refund the money for breakfast.
There are a lot of hotel more comfortable in Cuba but this hotel really not good. do not want to stay again and do not recommend anyone. And if you want stay there you sholud be chak before you paid on webside, becouse they are not pay back for you even if they dont have a room.
