Hostal Casa "Yoco & Mima"

Lovely casa to stay at. I spent 19 days and the host yoco and mima were very helpful in all that I needed to know about Baracoa. I miss my hot natural chocolate at breakfast! Will be there next year definitely

The hostel with the friendliest service for us in Cuba. Yoco was super attentive. His house has a huge and beautiful terrace (as seen in the pictures uploaded in another review) and the rooms are very clean. We really wanted to get some wooden souveniers from Baracoa - sadly it was raining and no one was on the street. Turns out Yoco has a friend that is a woodmaker, the guy came in the rain with a huge backpack full of beautiful wooden figures which was a great gesture for us and was awarded accordingly for his kindness of course. What I am trying to say is that the House is worth it!

Best Hostel in Baracoa
I have stayed at few houses in Baracoa and this one is by far the best. Yoco is vary helpful and answered all my questions and arrange everything I needed. Many hosts in Cuba just want to suck the last dollar from you, but that was not the case here. I was well helped when I needed something, and I was left alone when I wanted to be alone. Highly recommended to everyone.

Apartment built in 2013 ; It has a balcony overlooking the street, living room with all amenities, two heated rooms, private bathrooms with hot and cold water , closet for belongings. Kitchen, enabled with refrigerator, microwave oven , coffee maker, etc. spacious terrace decorated with natural plants. Terrace on the third level with 360o view of the city. Optional services : laundry, guides for excursions;Dance classes AfroCubanos, salsa, mambo, etc. ; breakfast and dinner made ​​with fresh organic products , etc.

Excelente espacio y trato a unos minutos de nada del centro de Baracoa. ¡Hay que ir! :) Fantásticas terrazas, rico desayuno, habitaciones espaciosas con baño, cocina... Genial!

Meine 1. Casa war eine gute Erfahrung: Ich wusste nicht genau, was ich erwarten durfte und war angenehm überrascht. Mein Zimmer hatte ein bequemes Bett, A/C, Ventilator, 220V-Steckdose und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC. Alles war sauber. Die Besitzer waren sehr nett. Trotz der dichtbebauten Umgebung war es nachts angenehm ruhig. Nur die schmale Wendeltreppe ohne Geländer war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.
