Los Conspiradores

Visited on our last night in Trinidad. Great location right by the House of Music and very easy to access. Unfortunately there was a huge storm as we arrived and then a power cut. Restaurant still managed to serve great food and the musicians continued playing in the restaurant. Drinks flowed. Due to the rain we couldn't sit outside, but chose a great seat downstairs (they did sit us upstairs but it felt a little flat up there). Would say it's probably one of the nicest places in Trinidad.

Los Conspiradores is a restaurant with great service and food. The supervisor/hostess speaks English well. The portions are generous. We had the risotto with seafood (lobster & shrimp) and the spaghetti with tomatoes & shrimp. The ambience is lovely, with outdoor seating under flowering bougainvillea. Depending on the time of day, you might hear great Latin music from the musicians just up the hill at La Casa de la Musica.

Great place with amazing atmosphere. Dont expect cheap prices here. Great selection of food and drinks. Lots of seats available with great view. Fast and cordial service.

The portion size was good and the atmosphere was great. Amazing live music. We had seafood pasta and it had so much seafood inside unlike in many other places. The dessert tasted great as well as our starters. Might be more expensive than other restaurants around but it deserves it and to be honest, not much more expensive

Great night atmosphere; most incredible seafood ceviche ever!

Loved this restaurant, we had a light lunch one day and were so impressed, we came back for dinner two days later. The fish was fresh, beers were cold! You have to get used to the band playing and asking for money, but they aren't too intrusive and aren't asking for too much, it adds to the atmosphere. The service is prompt and friendly.

Its overpriced to Cuban standards BUT we were super happy to find options other than typical Cuban cousine! Ceviche was great and croquetas as well! Excellent option and great service

Excellent food! Perfect taste and portion size. Also had a live band. Great restaurant next to additional live music and wi-fi.

This place deserves more 5 reviews.
I think just because it's in the plaza mayor corner, people think it's either expensive or a bad quality. Get the reasonably priced lamb with red wine sauce and you'd be super happy you tried it.
The traditional rice chicken was really really good as well.
Try to sit outside in the balcony if you're only two, otherwise the outside seating is fabulous as well.

The food was the best we had in Cuba. Waiters were so nice and the atmosphere was amazing. Would recommend

Very nice restaurant! Nice food with huge portion! We ordered pumpkin soup , seafood soup , spaghetti, risotto all are very nice! We are very surprised. And they hv COCA-COLA!!!! Highly recommended to everyone. U can go see salsa which right next to the restaurant.

We loved it! Perfect dinner at the balcony with views at the main square. We had the pasta with seafood and the grilled fish. It's not cheap, but very tasty. Their flan de la abuela is one of the best things I've ever tried!

Most gorgeous place in all of Cuba. Make reservations a day or 2 ahead of time to get to eat on the balcony, this will become on of your favourite life memories! Ask the server to take a photo of you from the street and give him a good tip, he won't mind.

A magical place, in a beautiful location serving top quality Cuban food. My fiancé proposed to me in this restaurant overlooking the square and of all the restaurants in Trinidad, he chose the finest.

Great atmosphere and lovely terrace surrounded by tropical plants and we could hear the music drifting over from the Casa de la Musica. Good house band played for us also. Lovely desserts!

All the food was delicious. I highly recommend the grilled lobster. I really enjoy the place and services.

Loved the atmosphere in that little patio. Music, lights... food is also good for Cuba.
