I have visited MonECOrales in Canasi various times over the past few years and it is lovely! Wonderfully quiet, comfortable and homey, just nice to sit on the porch, each genuine Cuban cuisine. Swimming in the river and snorkelling out in the ocean is great experience, as is the hike to La Casuela. Natacha has really created a place to experience the real Cuban countryside, only 45 minutes from Havana.

Beautiful rural place 1 hour drive from Havana. Snorkeling is 5 mins away from the house. Very friendly host and a team. Higly recommended.

The perfect place to experience rural Cuba. The accommodations are comfortable and perfect for relaxing, spending time with friends, and enjoying delicious Cuban food. A quick walk down a country lane brings you to incredibly striking natural scenery, and a beautiful swimming spot. Overall an extremely relaxing and refreshing experience.

LOVED my stay here. Natacha was an amazing host, and took us out to a swimming hole on the ocean - blue blue water and a slightly scary jumping rock.

A touch of heaven in Playa jibaco. Our host was very kind and very accommodating. The Casa felt like a dream with its pictures views. located near one of the most scenic fishing villages that I came across during my time in Cuba.

Monte Corales is a beautiful hostel in a remote fishing village. Everyone in the area is very nice and welcoming, especially Leticia, the cook. Be careful if you do not speak any Spanish because they do not speak any English except Yusbel who comes by sometimes. Yusbel is a young local guide who offers to take guests on free excursions and can find parties for you to go to. The bay that everyone calls a river is fairly shallow and it is gorgeous. There are plenty of fish in the bay and going around to the opening there are coral reefs and caves to explore!

The best time i have ever had in Cuba, Such an amazing host with beautiful sight see. Fresh food and clean air. DO NOT MISS IT !

Nach zahlreiche Städtebesichtigungen in Kuba war dieser Ort perfekt zum 'Entgiften'. Ein Casa, das eher an einen kleinen Bauernhof erinnert mit eigenem Obst- und Gemüseanbau und streunenden Hühnern. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer im ersten Stock mit einer perfekten Terrasse und einem schönen Badezimmer. Allerdings waren die Matratzen in den Betten ziemlich durchgelegen.
Die tüchtige Gastgeberin Natacha und ihre fleißigen Helferinnen haben uns hervorragend bekocht: jeden Abend frischen Fisch und Gemüse und morgens Früchte aus eigenem Garten. Alkoholische Getränke bietet sie nicht an, kann man aber mitbringen; ein Kühlschrank steht im Zimmer bereit.
Sie organisiert auch über befreundete Guides kleinere Wanderungen, Paddel- bzw. Schnorchelausflüge, oder auch einen Flughafentransfer zu und von ihrem Casa.

Recomiendo este lugar mágico en la naturaleza donde disfrutara del río, el mar y la montaña. Podrán hacer snorkelling en bellas barreras Coralinas, Paddel en un río para adentrarse a un hermoso Manglar, y senderos con vistas desde acantilados en las Montañas de Canasí.
