Was quoted a commission of almost 4% even though everywhere else does it for 3%. Card didn't work because magstripe wasn't enabled. So I went out, enabled it and asked them to try again. They said no and that my card was american. I said it was british and they should try again as it was accepted everywhere else in cuba. They said no because 'my bank refused'. Anyway don't waste time here - I went to the bank NE of the square and withdrew at an atm for 3% in 5mins.

Muy mala atención. Fui a pagar un pasaje por copa y la resepcionista dice que el cambio está hoy a 24 cup y cuando voy a depositar dice la de la caja q esta a 25. Me pregunto como en un banco único sistema van a ver dos tipos de tazas de cambio en el dia? O será que sus trabajadores están perdidos?
