Kevin has the best shop around. No way this is NY style pizza, it makes NY pizza look like trash... the sauce, cheese and dough rival the best.
I'm from the self proclaimed pizza capital of the world, new haven ct and they got nothing on this pizza.
We kept it simple, slice of pepperoni and a large cheese. Damn it was good. Only reason why I'll go back to Jaco.

If you use Waze it defaults to "The Surf Shop" for some reason... it also said it was on the wrong side of the street but got us close enough where any idiot can find it.

We were looking for a classic pizza place, we love this crust and we’re stoked when you could order by the slice. Drinks were cold; fans were running, pizza was great! Will be back. #alwaysbaked

Loved this place so much. Not only do they have the best Pizza in Jaco they have some of the best cocktails. Bravo! Check it out you will not be disappointed.

We wanted to sleep on it before we posted a review, and now we are sure.. this IS the BEST pizza in Jaco! The crust and all the toppings are so fresh. They put a lot of love into their food and dining experience and it shows. The smoked chicken wings and the homemade BBQ sauce are fire 🔥 too! You won't be disappointed.

Nice place, staff speaks excellent English. The staff is attentive, the pizza is very big and tasty, I ordered the biggest pizza and it was really huge. It was nice to get the garlic knots while waiting for the pizza. The rest of the pizza was packed without problems and I took it home. A good place.

My daughters and I had been traveling most of the day so we were looking for something comforting and easy. Wow! The Pizza Shop was that place. The Pizza Shop hit it out of the park. The fresh meats had a delicious lightly smokey flavor that perfectly complemented the red sauce. On top of great pizza, the low key local atmosphere and the exceptional friendly staff makes this a must if in Jaco.

As a native New Yorker residing in Philly I’m quite picky about my pizza. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised to find a nice thin crust pie in Jaco this past June. The ambiance , the open air seating, the bar….what’s not to love. Of the 8 nights we were there I think I ate here no less than twice. Next time we’ll have to try other items in the menu

This is the best pizza in all of Jaco. Its not cheap but you get what you pay for. Great selection of beers on tap if you eat in. Staff is amazing

Came here at night to enjoy a pizza. Our order got mixed up and took a long time. The owner came out and offered us some free beers and appetizers. Now that’s what I call great customer service. The pizza tasted really good too. Will definitely come back when back in Jaco. La Pura Vida!

Let me start by saying my favorite food is pizza. However, here is Costa Rica, good pizza is hard to find. Even when you go to pizza chains, such as pizza hut, it still taste bad.

The Pizza Shop is the exception. This place knows pizza, NY style pizza. Thin, crispy crust with real mozzarella and real ingredients. Their prices are reasonable, and service is definitely better than any locally ran establishment.

This is the BEST pizza in Jaco and probably Costa Rica.

My brothers and I recently stopped in to The Pizza Shop. The Owner/Manager greeted us and treated us very well. We got a large pizza and Chooch Bread. They also gave us Garlic Nuggz on the house. The food was all great and I’d highly recommend paying them a visit!

THIS is it! The ONE slice your soul has been searching for. That pizza taste of glory, the flavor king of all crusty snack. The melted cheese of procreation and the tomatoe sauce of all delightness gods. That pizza is so fresh it's almost still alive.
The ninja turtles would've dig a whole damn tunnel from new york to costa rica for a slice of that glory crusted epic pizza.
They also serve that breaded garlic thingy that makes your heart skip a beat and your tastes buds cry for more of that foodish dream.
There is a nice selection of cold beers for every one of you. I drowned in some kind of mild dark booze that seemed to have a name. But who knows. You will have to check it out.

Great pizza! We had the chooch bread, meatball calzone, midnight toker pizza (bbq sauce, smoked chicken, smoked bacon) and a 1.5l coke to help wash it down! They smoke the chicken and bacon on the side of the restaurant like a Texas BBQ joint would. So delicious!

Pepperoni pizza slice was delicious. Very casual atmosphere. Great place to eat, have a pint and people watch. Very reasonable prices as well.

By far, best Pizza in Jaco! Pizza is sooo good that we ended up going there three times!! The owner and staff are amazing! Highly recommend it!

This place was recommended by our Manuel Antonio park tour guide, Alex. He dives an hour each way just to get pizza here. We tried it and LOVED it!! It was very good. The crust is amazing. Highly recommend!!

The pizza is great but DO NOT MISS the smoked wings and meat selection! Never thought I’d have some of the best wings in my life outside of the US but here we are 🤷🏼‍♂

Excellent pizza in Jaco, the best in town.Not really expensive and good music! I met one of the owner and he is very good person.
