Rancho Los Coyotes

The traditional way of preparing Costa Rican food was amazing on this ranch. They used open flame fire stoves to prepare our meal of beans and rice tortilla. Cucumber salad, slaw, and stewed chicken was absolutely the best. It was a great addition to our national park tour.

Fantastic meal, great service, friendly people. The pottery demonstration was very interesting. But the natural beauty is the star of the show.

We stopped here with a tour and my goodness the whole experience was amazing 😍 we had a sugar cane demonstration, followed by lunch and it was my favorite meal of the trip ! Then the coffee demonstration omg the coffee is just heavenly ❤ When in CR this is a must stop place.

Very healthy food and nice people. I really loved the rice pudding. It reminded me of a similar dish my paternal grandmother used to make.

Stopped here after a tour of Palo Verde. A lot of animals and pottery! We were given rice pudding and cantaloupe juice that were all so tasty!

Amazing local food and beautiful location. It was fun eating with the chickens wandering around too. Don't miss the coffee maker situation.

Ate lunch and celebrated a friend's Birthday at the heavenly Ranch after the River Boat Tour🚢 🚣‍♂ All the food we ate for lunch was prepared and harvested from right on the Ranch itself; talk about eating fresh food from the grounds you are walking around on!

It was a great experience, very good service and organization.
It was super cool to see how coffee is made on traditional way.
At the ranch we saw quite a few farm animals and monkey who was napping on the tree.
We also observed traditional way of making pottery. Overall it was unique experience.

Very cool ranch to visit. Authentic homemade food. Very cool rustic setting with outdoor kitchens. Monkeys, goats, cows, pigs, et al. Good coffee. Beautiful Handmade pottery from local craftsman, who aelte generally there giving demonstrations. Very interesting place.
