Such a nice location. Sunset on the balcony and waking up to the sounds of the birds in the trees. During daytime you take a hike, chill at the pool and enjoy a lemonade or some guacamole. Just perfect for your start in exploring Costa Rica 🇨🇷

Staff was kind and helpful! Room was clean an beautiful! Food at restaurant was delicious always try the chef’s recommendation you won’t get disappointed. We will definitely come back for a longer stay!

A cute and reasonably priced place to stay. The rooms are very simple but adequate. The restaurant is nice enough and more moderate prices than some places I’ve stayed. The hotel staff was able to arrange a birding tour at short notice. Some may find the amenities lacking, but I think it’s a nice place for most.

Great hotel. Very helpful staff. Our room had fantastic views down the valley. Good hotel to do your laundry. They do it by weight.

Property, staff, dining, rooms, and cabins are top notch. The flowers, views, birds and pool are extras that make staying here special. The owners make sure your stay is the best possible.

This place is situated on the side of a mountain that overlooks the town of San Gerardo ,the owners feed the birds so there is always a couple of different kinds to watch , the lobby slash dinning area is tastefully done but not over done with a couple of the owners works of art , truly works of art ,the food options were thought out and we'll prepared , and the rooms were cheerful and clean . Within walking distance of the town ,20 minutes , the entrance to Chirripo , 45 minutes , and Cloud Bridges ,60 minutes to name a few . The owner took me on a tour thru his gallery , really cool .

A fantastic nature and wildlife, nice surroundings. A must for photographs with all birds and this fantastic vultures. Perfect location and top service at the hotel.
