There are many places to stay in this area, I’m sure many of them great, but if you want to connect with yourself, nature and amazing local community, this is your place. The setting speaks for itself and they’ve done a great job not taking away from that. It’s a family run business of kind, real healers that have been building community and protecting the rainforest for 50 years. Do yourself a favor and come to Costa Rica and have this one of a kind experience.

This place is Shangrala!
A gorgeous setting along a river. The main building, which they call ‘The House’ is a wonderful spacious, high ceilinged area of connecting spaces, with hammocks, rocking chairs and comfortable seating areas, and is designed for both kicking back or socializing.
The food is organic, simple, and delicious!

The accommodations are in shared cabins (depending on how many people are at the retreat centre.) The cabins are clean and in good condition. The nature around the retreat is intoxicatingly beautiful. I spotted Toucans flying around a couple of times!
They also have a lovely yoga studio with a good supply of yoga mats, blocks and straps.
This retreat centre is as beautiful as the people who run it! I highly recommend this spot for a warm wholesome relaxing time in beautiful Costa Rica!

Great events going on in Posada Natura. You have to see the architecture of the house.

Jonesy and staff were awesome. Alsu was a great coordinator! Friendly and conscious spiritually.

A place to play and renew....You soul will thank you. The food is wonderful, the staff is like family and the rooms are beautiful.

Un lieu au milieu d'une végétation tropicale, loin de toute pollution, excentré et relié par un bus véhiculant la plupart du temps les locaux. L'osmose ne peut que s'établir. Le centre pratiquant la médecine holistique est propice aux personnes qui souhaitent une reconnection avec la nature, et surtout bénéfiques aux soins pratiqués.
