We bought a 4 person hot tub with this company a year ago and are very happy with our purchase.

We recently had to replace a part and the TecnoFibras team was extremely helpful and responsive to fix it. They have great customer service. Melissa helped us with every step. The company even sent out a technician to come and install the new piece personally. I'd definitely recommend them!

I purchased 2 tubs from Tecno in June 2023 and I am very satisfied with the product and the service. From start to finish they have been helpful and courteous. There was a small problem with the jacuzzi and, even though we are in a remote location they sent their technician promptly for the repair. He did an amazing job. It was a difficult journey to reach us on bad roads- he arrived after 8pm and he did the repair immediately. He also left us a part in case there is any future problem. Erick was very efficient, polite and dedicated to his job. I will absolutely recommend TecnoFibras to anyone needing a tub or jacuzzi.
