El Patio de Café Milagro

Excellent food and great service, the staff is really professional and attentive. I felt really welcome both for coffee and breakfast, and was helped with buying coffee to take home based on my taste. Would highly recommend! Lovely patio outside too.

We love this place!! Every time we come to Manuel Antonio, we eat here for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert!! Fun, live music every night and most of the time the staff is so friendly!! Sit in the back garden patio area, great vibes and clean bathrooms!! The first time I came here there was also a sloth in the garden!!

This place is wonderful. Great flavorful coffee, delicious fresh fruit and the breakfast plates were well portioned & amazing. Highly recommend if stopping in for breakfast and enjoying the back patio. There might even be a cat that stops by to join you. Pura Vida! 🤙🇨🇷

Came here twice. Once for dessert evening and once for breakfast. Both times food was delicious!! Staff is extremely friendly. Highly recommend.

One serendipitous find for us.
The food was super yummy, service was above and beyond. We went there around 9:30 am - breakfast only time but as we had a long drive, we wanfed to get something more than breakfast. The server was super nice to talk to the kitchen and got them to make some lunch items too.
The ambience is great. They offer the best drinks. The coffee with ice-cream was out of this world. It was so refreshing that even after driving for over 4 hours, I was ready for the next 4 hours of driving :)

Delicious food and drinks, and gorgeous garden patio! I had the veggie quesadilla with a vanilla latte (lactose free milk) and it was yummy and filling. Patio is pretty to be in without being hot. Reasonably priced for the quality of food. We parked across the street just street parking, but I am not sure if there was a parking lot also.

I learned about this restaurant from the 2021 Lonely Planet Costa Rica guide. My Huevos Rancheros came with a spicy cream sauce on the side and avocado slices, that was delicious! Others from our table had a chorizo omelette that was sadly not memorable. There is an open-air patio at the back of the restaurant that has a beautiful garden. I would recommend this restaurant just not the chorizo omelet. A variety of coffees (latte, vanilla hazelnut iced coffee, and the Tortuga) were excellent! Give this restaurant a try!

Breakfast here was fantastic!!! Jamal was our waiter and he was so polite, helpful, and friendly. The service was quick and pleasant, the portions were perfectly sized, and the food was delicious! There is self-serve coffee refills. Prices were very reasonable and we are so glad we found this place!

Great place in Manuel Antonio village, the food was tasty with sizeable portions, service was extremely friendly and attentive, and the vibe was super nice. We went there for dinner and got their catch of the day, which was the mahi mahi fillet and it was delicious, as was the grilled calamari appetiser. There was also live music which made the atmosphere very memorable and enjoyable. We loved Cafe Milagro!

We have try desserts (but sorry we couldn’t got the pictures the spoon is faster than the camera), coffee (one of the best ones in the area) but it’s tico breakfast was just great!
The place is very fresh, has easy access.
Waiters are super sweet and attentive.

Gluten free options and very celiac friendly. A bit expensive but excellent food. Best patacones I’ve had in Costa Rica.

Had a great time here with my large family (10 people). We enjoyed the delicious food! The service was great too! Very nice people.

The patio was a very pretty place to have breakfast, and the food was fresh and tasty! Would recommend the tico breakfast with a latte, and the green smoothie that includes kale.

We love this place. We went there every day during our stay in town.

Was in Manuel Antonio for all of 2.5 days and came here 3 times (once for breakfast and twice for dinner). The food is incredible and the atmosphere is lovely. The guava glaze made for the pork tenderloin dish was one of the most divine things I’ve ever tasted. And loved the coffee flan

We came here for breakfast. There is a front seating at the street and bigger one in the garden. The staff is nice and quite fast as well. We had pancakes with banana and maple sirup, which was very tasty and a wrap, which was a burito style filled with egg, cheese, avocado and beans. Everything was fresh and well done.

My friends and I have now been here twice and it has been consistently delicious. The flavors are bold and well balanced, prices are reasonable, and I love their layout with tropical plants surrounding you. It’s nice to have food options that are traditional but with a twist. My only critique is that the juices taste a little watered down, but other than that everything has exceeded my expectations. If you have a sweet tooth, for breakfast try the mango crepes. For dinner the Caribbean curry really hits the spot. And last but not least, for dessert the avocado chocolate mousse is an absolute must. I would definitely recommend going to Cafe Milagro.

We chose this restaurant specifically for the gluten free options specified. Every single item on the dinner menu was gluten free! I kept clarifying with the waitress since that is hard to find. I even went back to peak inside the kitchen and they had food properly separated in containers and a very clean environment.

I got the chicken with spicy jerk sauce and my wife got the beef tenderloin. So good! We also shared the tropical salad and got an iced coffee. This was easily the best food we had during our trip to Costa Rica 🇨🇷

We even stopped by the next day for a coffee before we hit the road. I should also mention that the servers speak a decent amount of English.

Seating areas were cute inside and out. Went for breakfast and then dinner another night and loved both! Drinks actually had alcohol in them and there was great live music when we went.
