Café Bohío

The coffee is amazing. It takes longer but I highly recommend getting the red honey drip coffee. It is an excellent cup of coffee. Get out of the sun and enjoy the cross breeze flowing through the cafe.
I went back a few times over my time in Jaco.

Great relaxed vibe with ice wind and full relaxation. Great food options to have a brunch. Cappuccino was really good.

We had coffee here every day for a week, and it was seemingly the best coffee and coffee drinks that we had the entire time in Costa Rica. The staff was also friendly and quick. I also liked the open air seating, which allowed one to watch people passing by. It's excellent coffee even if it is a little more expensive than the rest.

The chai latte is the best I’ve ever had, and the cortado is very good the coffee is fresh and the service is kind and fast

Great coffee, amazing attention to detail. Food is top notch too. Wifi is available for working online or for checking the surf :)

Cafe’ Bohio in Jaco is a very sweet, unassuming cafe with excellent coffee! We purchased an espresso and a pour over, along with a bag of coffee beans they will grind for you. Very kind and helpful staff as well!

I love this coffee. I discovered it on our first trip to Costa Rica. Bohio cafe in Jaco makes excellent drinks. One of the few places that opens early. You will find the ex-pats hanging out there and the early bird tourist. Service is a bit slow but worth the little extra wait. Suggest getting a bag of whole bean to bring home totally worth it.

Great place for breakfast. The toast with avocado and bacon was super nice and the passion fruit juice very nice. The environment is chill and a great place to do some remote work

Love their smoothie, passion side and sandwich’s are delicious. Great place to work from as well as their internet has really good upload and download speed

Oh yes!!! my coffee fix! Tried a few other places not that good… Then I stumbled on a coffee shop with a lot of regulars hanging out and both young and old in line waiting. Liquid gold!!! Really tremendously Great Coffee!! It was so good I drank half of it before I took a picture… I didn’t want to stop to get my camera…Yes, that good :-)

Loved it. Great coffee, tasty food (avocado toast, muffin, cinnamon bun), great selection of local products and just a nice spot to meet good people.
Staff is not fluent in English though…

Skip the bar at your hotel for coffee!!!! This is the best espresso or latte Cafe in jaco. Period. Am a big espresso fanatic so i know what it should taste like and by far this is the best i have ever had any where..... its on the main street where all the restaurant and bars are. If u r in cocal, go straight to the street and hang a left. Walk 3 minutes. Enjoy fresh espresso, latte and pastries.

Great but tiny cafe slightly hidden in central Jaco. Look into the shop for the turquoise Cafe Bohio sign. If you’re a fan of a flat white or a cortado, their ‘Gibraltar’ will hit the spot. Sugar alert - if you order the coffee milkshake it comes super sweet, so ask them to leave out syrup or sugar.

Great coffee, good atmosphere and good breakfast. One of the very few places on this busy, dirty and ugly Jaco main street that invited me to stay a couple of times.

The best cup of coffee I've had in Costa Rica. Small, but perfect for grabbing a quick coffee and pastry before you head out for the day. Good value for money - when compared to most coffee shops on the main strip in Jacó.
