We stopped here for breakfast after crossing the Nicaraguan border early in the morning. This place is a MUST VISIT if you are on your way around here. Delicious breakfast and amazing view over the Pacific. Here you will understand why Costa Rica is considered one of the most beautiful countries in the world. The view speaks for itself.

After a boarder run, you must stop on La Cruz. This is one of the best views you'll see in a cozy location with a welcoming staff. Jose, you are very helpful, kind and your service was appreciated. We did not stay so, I cannot rate the rooms. But, if stopping by, expect a great view, interactive spider monkeys under the Mando tree by the restaurant and a kind staff. Very special!

The Mirador is the place to express your gratitude for the grace of God Who is filling your soul with joy, peace and tranquillity. Es una vista tremenda! The food served there is delicious! Next time I will order double garlic shrimps.

Great food and service. But, you really come here for the amazing view overlooking the bay and the jungle and the mountains. One of the best views in Costa Rica.

Great place for Dinner and a Sunset

We didn't actually stay at the Hostel but visited via our tour guide Fabian (Nicknamed Chan) We came by to see the view while out on our tour of La Cruz and then came back for dinner. The food was outstanding, the serving sizes were large, the services was very friendly and welcoming. I loved the plants that were all around us. I don't have words for the decor other than I loved it. It was modern couches or chair, everything was old. The couches were covered with blankets and even though it was covered you felt like you were a part of the outdoors while you ate. The sunset was stunning over the pacific. You could hear the birds and other animals making their evening calls. You felt very much like a part of your surroundings. Even if you don't stay there I would definitely recommend this place for dinner.

Beautiful, stunning, food is simple but the atmosphere is really neatly done in a reclaimed / repurpoused style & the view... AMAZING

Really enjoyed this restaurant for dinner, lovely views for the sunset. Good prices too. We came back here for a few visits while in the area. It was a really relaxing environment and they welcomed kids too

Good cheaper option for visiting this area. Everyone come to watch the sunsets over the bay. Secure parking. Good bar and restaurant.

We didn’t stay here but came to the restaurant. They have great sunset views and good food. Prices are moderate. If you are in La Cruz stop by to watch the sunset and sip an Imperial, you won’t be disappointed.

Stopped by here after a zip line excursion with Tony Excursions - awesome food and gorgeous view.

Beautiful place with an amazing view and delicious food! I would definitely recommend to try the Sopa con Mariscos, it's very tasty!
