Sheraton Bogota Hotel

Perfect place to stay in Bogota and near the airport. Will definitely stay here again. Better than the Hilton I have to say in many aspects. The food, especially the breakfast, the rooms, the added extras such as toiletries, the slippers etc and the bed is super comfortable. And I can open a window which is one detail I value in hotel rooms because the rooms get stuffy. The staff are lovely and speak English which is a bonus for myself. Thank you

What a great experience! We loved the comfortable beds and pillows, bathroom had a tub for a hot soothing bubble bath! They kindly provided us with delicious desserts ! We will definitely return! Thank you Sheraton

- Pool was not available due to maintenance. Based on reviews, it has been out of service for QUITE SOME TIME!!! Do not expect a pool... This was a huge disappointment but not enough to lower the hotels outstanding impression!!!
- Rooms - Super comfortable
- Location - Very centralized. Restaurants and bars, low and high end, immediately available within a 10 min walk.
- Malls and Bus stops nearby if you need transportation outside of Taxi scam artists and Reliable Uber.

We were in a handicapped accessible room and had to change after the first night to a different room because of a problem with the plumbing. The second room was a little run down.

Excellent hotel with high standards of customer services. All team members are very kind, honest and hard worker. Breakfast buffet is great with a lot of option for vegan and not vegan people. Location is good 10 minutes from the El Dorado International. Airport. My wife, my pet and I would like to spend more nights again in the hotel soon. THANK YOU!! This place is very good. I am a foreigner who stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. We came to Colombia in order to participate for the International Juninor Science Olympiad (IJSO) 2022.
Hotel Sheraton was a very cool place. It would have been much better if the hotel staff was able to communicate in English. We had to use google translate to translate English to Spanish.
The hotel has a good pool. Room service was ok. The view is very cool. You can see mountains (specially the Moseratte mountain) from the hotel.
In overall, the 2 weeks was a very good experience.

We had a 19 hour layover in Bogota. This was a very good choice. We ate breakfast, left our suitcases in the room, taxi took us to town.
When we saw enough sights, we came back, napped, showered and took the shuttle to the airport. A great experience!

The Sheraton Bogota Hotel is a high quality hotel. I enjoyed every aspect of my stay at this hotel. The room was large and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and linens, and just the right amount of amenities in the room and the bathroom. Housekeeping did an excellent job of cleaning the room, and they had just the right amount of Covid prevention measures in place. They had an excellent gym and swimming pool, and a very nice lounge in the executive floor. Their service was on par with what you expect of an upscale hotel. It is conveniently located and it provides a shuttle service to the airport. I completely recommend staying at this hotel.

What an amazing hotel! This space is impecibly decorated and incredibly comfortable. It offers all first world and Western luxurious in addition to fantastic amenities. They offer 24/7 shuttle service to and from the airport. The concierge all speaks English and are very helpful. You will also find private security on the premise so you can feel confident that you are well taken care of.

Fantastic executive lounge. Ideal to host business meetings.Staff is very attentive and discreet. I would not stay anywhere else on a business trip in Bogotà.

Excellent hotel close to the airport, very elegant with 2 restaurants inside and several options around the corner.
The breakfast buffet was ample and with very healthy selections.
The personnel was very helpful and provides help always.
The taxi service right at the door at anytime was always available
There is a money exchange In The lobby at a store, it is Handy but you can get better rates outside of the hotel.

They open their club lounge where you can have as much food as possible. The staff working at the lounge are very courteous, attentive and friendly. But the internet connection today was bad.

I have revised my rating to 5 Stars after my stay last November taking into account I was in Colombia, South America. The guest's service was excellent! Most employees spoke English, were polite & helpful! My room was very spacious and clean to an American standard! Hotel security was on duty 24/7.
Finally I had several very good meals especially the lunch buffet at La Chimenea! See photos
