Best to go with big groups and kids will love to play.

Kite flying is main activity to do here. You get so many colorful kites outside the park.

It's really gorgeous and huge, so it has a lot of space to do any sporty activity you would like. You can se a lot of dogs and people hanging out. And it has stores to buy food.

What a spot! Simón Bolívar Metropolitan Park is like a breath of fresh air in the middle of the city chaos. The lagoon, the trees, the views – everything's just perfect for a chill day out. And can we talk about how clean the air is? It's like a spa for your lungs. Loved every moment here, definitely coming back for more peace and serenity!

Simon Bolivar Metropolitan Park, at 988 acres (roughly 140 acres larger than NY's Central Park) features several mini parks for children. In them you will find fun structures and padded areas for play, which are well maintained.

For kids, this park is large enough to feel like a different world within the bustle of the city. For adults, it is a gorgeous and pleasant natural haven.

Best time to go is early in the morning. Except for Sundays, the park remains sparcely populated from 6am until midday.

Make sure to get off the main walking paths and explore. There are great trails for biking, open spaces to relax, and fun little nooks throughout.

The park is huge, I took me roughly an hour or so to walk all around the park. They had a lot of activities to do. I went on a boat.

It has a beautiful park in the heart of the city. The best free music festival are playing there, and it's not so far of the airport and transportation terminal area, and connected with 30av an Chapinero neighborhood too.

A beautiful park that is very big. Great for walking, biking, and skating. There is a lot of shade provided by great trees and a lovely water area with boats for rent.

Amazing park within the city. Great to come for a walk, jog, do exercise or simply to sit and have s picnic. Definitely a must stop.

This place is really amazing for playing, walking, running and training. You can also use your bike because there are specific trails for that. There is also a lake in which you can bow. I don't remember the cost, but it is not expensive.

Nice green place with a lake and area for kids. If you like you can do kayak on the lake. Access is easy, and more it is free,so do not hesitate.

Awesome and quiet park except weekends. Is very large and clean, has many chill out places and a nice lake. Good parking and multiple entrances.

A great place to chill and to recharge in a city that is very green. The park is also home to lots of events during the all year round. Keep in mind that on week ends it's packed

I love this park, you can do a lot of different activities there, sports activities like running, bicycling, some water activities to in the lake, or family activities like Picnik, walking. The park is big enough for spend all day there if you want a relaxing and cheap day. And of course is the best location for concerts in the city, with a capacity for more than 150.000 persons and really good located, make this park in one of the best urban elements in Bogota

This place is amazing, you can do whatever you want, because there is enough space to play soccer, frisbee, to walk, run, ride bike, fly kites and more. Also you can make a picnic, or there are food stores as well. Moreover, you can find entrances and exits from the main streets around the park, and places just to stay and enjoy the nature there.
