Incredible hotel. Furnished like a luxurious home office, everything new and beautiful. Staff is great, breakfast is amazing.

I don't know how to express my experience in this hotel. All I can say is they are the best stuff I have ever seen in a hotel. Especially the manager Mr. Leonardo Mendez who offered my wife the best price that you can imagine for a month staying there.
Also, they helped add a bed to the room with no cost. The food is also very delicious and we didn't have to go out to eat. Then I needed a car, they settled everything for me and arranged the pickup and all this stuff.
Also some weekends we wanted to go to other cities like sopo and the manager offered us to keep our stuff in the room with no charge.
I'm not sure how I can say thank you to all of them for their phenomenal service.

This was our home away from home while in Bogota for medical check ups. They took such great care of us, we had several medical procedures that required a special diet and they accommodated it all and more. Besides all of that, the hotel is located in a fantastic area which shopping close by. The rooms are great and spotless and the service at the hotel is very good. We are definitely going back.

The hotel is lovely and situated on a quiet street that is still close to lots of things to do. The rooms are spacious with a kitchenette and seating area. The staff are very nice and accommodating, serving breakfast a bit later for those of us who just make it downstairs by 10.
