B.O.G. Hotel - 5 Estrellas de Lujo

The BOG Hotel was a wonderful place to stay while I was in Bogota. It's in a very safe area and I felt completely comfortable exploring the area. I didn't get as many pictures as I wanted but it was a short stay.
One thing is certain about the BOG. They're dedicated to cleanliness! I saw the personnel there constantly cleaning. My room was fine and I really enjoyed the shower.
The restaurant and breakfast buffet were excellent. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar.
The BOG is everything it's advertised to be. I would stay there again on future trips.

We spent our last night of our Colombian holiday in Bogota at this hotel before heading back to the UK. I had seen some reviews referring to poor service, but this was not the case for us at all. The staff were very pleasant and attentive and well coordinated as a team. The room was comfortable, and the immediate area feels safe and was full of smart restaurants. We stayed 2km from here at the beginning of our holiday, but the BOG location is better!

Great Location, good staff, prompt service, decent menu, decent breakfast & pool. The only thing i didn't like was the A/C wasn't working and room was quite hot (with a very small window opening that did not help & a weak noisy fan) they just said it was because of routine maintenance, but I think I should have been notified. They didn't try to make it up to us in anyway. Apart from that, not bad.

Beautiful hotel with great service and in a safe and walkable neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping within a couple blocks.

I am from Atlanta GA, staying in Bogota on business for 3 weeks. The BOG hotel staff has been very accommodating. Very nice people and very nice hotel. The room is a decent size, plenty for 1 or 2 people. I don't know if there are larger rooms.

Everything in my room works fine. I can even find many shows in English on the TV. The gym equipment is all working and never crowded. The onsite restaurant is excellent. This place is very well maintained... hard to find anything to complain about.

If traveling from GA (1000 feet above sea level) be aware that Bogota is over 8,000 feet above see level. Had Altitude sickness my first morning here, but has improved greatly during the first week.

Spent a weekend with my wife and couldn't have picked a better place. Outstanding service with a smile, excellent location, great food, nice rooms... great price-value ratio. Hotel hit the right notes and will certainly return!

I have to tell you how much I loved this hotel. My Spanish is horrible and they were so good to me. The staff are extremely outgoing and provide world class service at every turn. It’s in a perfect location for sight seeing and nightlife. The pillows are crazy comfortable. I haven’t slept that well in ages. Room service was divine. There was a torrential downpour that made me 15 min late to my spa treatment…they quickly reconfigured things to find me a new masseuse which made all the difference after flying 12 hours to get to Bogota. They love what they do and it shows. Very happy traveler. ❤❤❤❤❤

I had a great stay, Oct 2021. Emilio, the doorman, was extra helpful with taxi rides, and advice. He really looked out for us, made the stay a difference. We were staying there for our Anniversary, and it was special in the large room. Breakfast was AMAZING, besides a great 'breakfast bar', served by the wait-staff. See photos. I recommend eggs with everything (different every day) and hot choc, fresh all of it. Room was always clean, and proper. Location in the city was near the good eats/Zona-T. Very safe and nice area. I would go back here in a heartbeat. Bravo Bog Hotel staff!

I was on a business trip and tried this hotel for the first time given its convenient location. I was surprised by the outstanding services, the entire team is service oriented and strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I requested additional services and they accommodated their schedule to be flexible to respond to my needs. The pool at the top floor and breakfast were my two favorite things. I totally recommend it and will definitely come back

5stars service and delicious food. They will treat you like a queen while you enjoy a nice view and an interesting environment. It's better to seat in the sofa and it might feel kind of cold sometimes so bring a good jacket.

I enjoyed the breakfast. The rooms are clean and nice, the staff is friendly and helpful.

The room temperature was a bit on the colder side for me though.

Amazing service by staff, rooms were luxurious. There may be a charge for having friends/guests over, I was charged a (small) fee, wifi was a bit spotty in my room, otherwise only compliments about my stay

My wife and I, and another couple, stayed here for 4 nights starting May 21, 2016. From the moment we were picked up at Bogota airport by hotel arranged car, our stay was extraordinary. I actually arrived sick, from Havana, with what turned out to be an upper respiratory infection and conjunctivitis. The hotel front desk, Jaime, immediately called in a specialist to the hotel to treat me. He then personally acted as translator, went and picked up medications, and returned with detailed instructions. He was an absolute life-saver and this was the level of service by all at all times. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms very quiet in an area of town very safe and convenient. We were provided help and recommendations for sight-seeing and good restaurants. I would return to this great city and definitely stay at the BOG Hotel.

I will never use another hotel I Bogota. Wonderful big room. Great food. But the best is the staff. Magnificent 💛

I can't yet speak to physical hotel itself, but I wanted to take a moment to give a huge five-star rating to the incredible staff at BOG Hotel. From the moment I booked my stay with them, I have felt cared for and valued as a guest. Immediately following confirmation of my suite, hotel staff reached out asking if I would like to have them arrange transportation to/from the airport for me. At that time, none of us imagined that the world would be practicing social distancing and/or be in mandated quarantines. I was feeling somewhat apprehensive about contacting Expedia about my non-refundable booking through their site, when completely unprompted, staff at BOG reached out to me asking if I would still be travelling this month. I responded by saying that I would be unable to see my plans through, but was respecting the "7 days prior" timeframe Expedia has outlined with regard to contacting their customer service department due to overwhelm at this time. The staff at BOG responded immediately with great compassion, saying that they were sorry that I would not be staying with them, however they would follow-up with Expedia themselves, ensuring a full refund of the hotel portion of my package. I was incredibly touched by the care they're showing even prospective guests at this uncertain time and truly cannot wait to rebook/visit in the future.

The hotel is conveniently located between zona T and parque 93. There is plenty of good shopping and places to eat of all kinds within a 10 minute walk. The staff is very helpful and friendly at all times. The rooms are very comfortable with all amenities. The restaurant serves excellent breakfast and dinner in a beautiful garden like environment. The rooftop bar and pool offer beautiful bites of the city. It is hard to imagine a nicer way to see Bogota than using this hotel as a base.
