Peaceful and beautiful spot in a lovely and convenient neighborhood. Love the courtyards, landscaping, breakfast, and the open kitchen for snacks is a fun touch.

This was an amazing place to spend a couple of days in Bogotá. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the rooms were clean and thoughtfully designed. Staff was exceptional— they made recommendations, beautifully decorated our room for our anniversary, booked spa services like massages and facials, and found a yoga mat for me to use during my stay (and even offered a private room for me to do yoga in). When we took the hotel bikes out, they found us helmets and bike locks to use and made sure to point us in the right direction. The snacks were delicious, and all the food was great and fresh. They'd thought through details like leaving sunscreen out for guests to use (which saved us on one occasion) and adding hot water bottles to our bed. We also used their transportation services at arrival and checkout, and they were in constant communication with the drivers to ensure a smooth arrival and departure. And none of this even gets at the hotel's design, which is incredible and done with an expert eye. Can't wait to come back, thank you for everything.

I stayed at Casa Legado for 3 nights with 11 friends and we all thought it was incredible! Because of our group size, we booked the entire "Newphew's House" side of the hotel out, which was perfect for a party of our size. The common areas are beautiful and cozy and everyone was satisfied with their rooms. The hotel is also in a fantastic location where there are a lot of great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within walking distance. The hotel was extremely communicative before arrival and went above and beyond to help us book dinners and transportation. What made the stay truly special was the impeccable and friendly service of all of the staff. Service was extremely attentive and warm. My whole group would not stop raving about how incredible all of the staff were during our stay. Also, the complimentary breakfast must be mentioned - everyone thought it was delicious! I'm so glad I booked Casa Legado over other lodging options in the area and I hope I return to Bogotá one day so I can stay there again!

What a find! This is one of the most memorable hotel experiences I’ve ever had. It’s wonderfully welcoming and warm and delightful. There are so many small touches that ooze generosity - from the tea trolley to the snacks fridge and the communal lounge rooms. Highly recommend staying here, it will make your Bogota visit.

My family and I spent Christmas in Bogota and are so happy we were able to stay at Casa Legado. Everything about the experience was wonderful. The rooms are gorgeous, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff is so warm, helpful and kind. There were sweet personal touches and surprises throughout our stay that made it so special. Staff members - especially Sara - went above and beyond to help us plan a perfect trip. The owner, Helena, personally cooked an amazing Christmas dinner for 14 guests staying at the hotel and it was delicious. She also treated my daughter with such kindness and respect - my little one keeps asking when we can return and see Helena and her sweet pup Eugenio again. You really feel like you are at home at Casa Legado - the care the staff puts into every aspect of your stay is amazing. It's clearly a labor of love.

Absolutely charming BnB type hotel. From the moment we booked, through to the end of the trip, the ladies were attentive and caring in their communication. The room was lovely, the balcony and hammock were awesome. The sitting rooms and courtyards were equally charming. The breakfast was good and the tropical fruits left in our room the first night were a lovely touch. The hot water bottles in the bed were a welcome surprise. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great, nor did the (very comfy) bathtub hold water very well but these issues were minor and easy to overlook. The location couldn’t be better. It’s on a quiet side street with plenty of nightlife and great restaurants very close by and within easy walking distance in several directions. The recommended tour company (Hansa Tours) and tour guide (we had Juan) were also outstanding. Bravo Zulu Casa Legado. We’ll be back.

The experience at Casa Legado far exceeds anything that can be written in the reviews. As soon as you enter, you are greeted by the warm people who work at Casa Legado. The space is just from a dream - it is airy and gorgeous from every angle. As many people write here, there are so many toques or details in the experience. But the best part are the people - Sara, Anita, and Betty - made our experience so memorable. They were warm, personable, and extremely helpful. The hotel has bikes and since we were there on Sunday, and the hotel is one block from La Septima, it was a highlight to do the ciclovia. Just a wonderful experience and I can't wait to go back one day!

We'd regard this as one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at in the world. This includes everything from the design (which is even more amazing in person) of the space, rooms, bathrooms, etc; to the amazing breakfast spread; to the incredible and thoughtful staff. From the moment we booked, Casa Legado made us feel so welcome. Would come back here in a heartbeat the next time we are in Bogotá.

Adorable boutique hotel where everyone takes care of you. Perfect location, in a quiet street, close to lots of good restaurants (El Chato was great) and easy access to the historical center via uber. The neighborhood is nice to walk. Lovely decoration, you really seem to be welcome in a friend's house (a chic, huge one). Super kind people, nice breakfast. Wouldn't stay anywhere else if coming back to Bogota

Absolutely amazing and memorable stay at the beautiful Casa Legado! The hotel is gorgeous with lots of wonderful details in the decor and facilities, but it's the incredible staff that elevate staying there to a once in a lifetime experience. Casa Legado truly is a home from home.

Best hotel we've ever stayed at. Beautiful design, coziest rooms, spectacular breakfast, and most importantly -- the most amazing service and people. The staff goes above and beyond throughout your stay to make sure you feel at home and your experience in Bogota is great. Thanks so much! Shoutout to Sara and Anderson!

Amazing, amazing, amazing. Absolutely blown away by 1- the hotel design, the attention to detail and finishing touches were beautiful. 2- the concept, this really is a home hotel; you’re in the most beautiful surroundings, with the best service, but also have a beautifully stocked kitchen available to you 24/7. 3- hospitality- turning your room over each night and left a hot water bottle under the duvet.
It was also amazing to meet such interesting people in the communal areas. I really couldn’t have wished for a more restful stay.

This was probably one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. As someone who is obsessed with hotels, I always look for the most unique and luxurious hotels. Casa Legado was not only that, but also helped me experience Bogota from an incredibly unique perspective. I was considering staying at a 5 star hotel in La Candelaria, but I definitely I saw the best part of Bogota by exploring around Casa Legado and only visiting La Candelaria for the day.

Casa Legado made reservations for me at the best restaurants in Bogota. They prepared breakfast for me at 5:30am so I could catch my early morning flight and they thought about the smallest details like making my bed warm for me using a hot water pouch and providing the best skin and hair care products I’ve ever used…

Casa Legado is not only the perfect place to stay in Bogota but it's also the most magical place to organize our event. We can not thank them enough for helping us organize our wedding in less than a month. Our wedding plans changed a lot due to covid. We decided to do an intimate and small ceremony last minute. We saw casa legado and we fell in love. We booked the place just by looking at the pictures online and we started organizing everything from Germany. Once we visited the place we fell even more in love and we knew we had made the right choice. Both houses are beautifully decorated, full of details and surprises. It feels like you are in a dream house. Our wedding day exceeded all our expectations. From the night before everyone who works at casa legado was helpful and kind, the day of the wedding from 6:00am they made sure every detail was perfect! Diana, the event planner made sure everything was going according to plan and I did not have to stress at all. Ana Maria, our house tkae care of me, the groom and my bridesmaids. We felt well taken care of, spoiled and welcomed. We did the ceremony in the garden and then had luch inside. The guest could not stop complimenting the place we had chosen. It was truly a magical day and I am sure I will come back to celebrate more events and I'll made sure to recommend it to all my friends and Family. Thank you casa Legado! you made our dreams come true and you gave us the most special day ever. We'll be back!

Beautiful remodel of an old house in a charming area of Bogota, each of the 7 rooms with a different theme. There are lots of thoughtful touches throughout the hotel, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Helena and her team are all friendly and attentive. The feeling is that you are in your own home, you can use the living room, dining room and kitchen. Our breakfast was delicious, and they easily handled our special requests. We have stayed in many hotels in Colombia and around the world, and this is my favorite! A relaxing, small hotel that feels like home, with friendly attentive service, in a quiet area of Bogota with restaurants, bakeries, and stores nearby. Looking forward to staying there again!

Architectural digest meets your best friends home meets relaxing private garden. Superb oasis in Bogota that is spotlessly clean. Young staff are kind, energetic, and great cooks. Afternoons they are making a treat in the open kitchen. Stayed 4 days and every night a hot water bottle was in my bed. Relaxing, bold, modern Columbian art distributed around house but never feels cluttered
