Excellent stay. Service staff was on top of their game. Room was exceedingly comfortable. Hotel conveniently located close to the U.S. Embassy. Top notch all the way.

Wonderfully helpful driver of the shuttle bus brought us safely to the hotel. Quick and friendly check-in, and very kind receptionists that also assisted us with a late check-out as well as navigating the neighborhood. We will be back.

First and foremost, I must say the customer service at this hotel is outstanding. From the front desk to the dining facility and even the housekeeping I felt welcomed and appreciated as a guest in their establishment which is an extension of their home. My Spanish is subpar to be honest, but the staff never skipped a beat in understanding which was heartwarming. The room was clean, breakfast had an array of cultural pleasures, and the food was fantastic. To be more specific, the coconut shrimp appetizer was cooked to perfection. As a person who is particular about seafood that is saying a LOT!! The facility was secure with guards at the vehicle entry and the personnel entrance. When it comes to city views this location provides a majestic experience with windowpanes you can sit in to marvel at the high altitude highly populated beautiful city of Bogota. I look forward to my next visit.

Lovely hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Wonderful shower!!! Restaurant is excellent with great range of food and fabulous service. And amazing views overlooking Bogotá - looking forward to our next stay already!!!

Amazing view of the city from the 19th floor plus clean and well kept rooms. Staff were helpful and frieny at check in and at the restaurant. Bar tender was fun even when he managed to up sell someone in our party. Restaurant closed at 10 which we just made but would have liked a slightly later cutoff.

Great hotel and friendly staff. We loved the showers they had a good water pressure and we super clean. The rooms are nice and come with a good size tv. (The tv provider UNE is kind of slow when changing the channels) - The hotel has a Cab service to the airport that is a bit more pricy than a regular cab. Additionally the Spa was a good experience and super convenient if you are staying already at the hotel. Breakfast was good, it had a good variety. The overall experience was pretty solid.

I am and was 100% satisfied with this hotel. The room was perfect in every way and the staff was amazing. I only wish I would have stated here the whole duration of my trip.

I also have to say the restaurant was also very much appreciated with both food and service.

I would definitely return to this hotel.

Great hotel if you are staying for few nights in Bogota as it is close to the airport, not far away from the historical center and in a safe area

Service was amazing. I wish I took a better picture when I arrived to the room, but every single details was on point! Really good location. This hotel has AC, which a lot of hotels in Bogotà don't have.

Excellent stay. Very nice hotel. Location is in the middle of an industrial zone, so just be aware that there is nowhere you can really walk to.

Loved my stay. Great service, great view. Loved the large breakfast included with my room rate, and friendly people that started to remember what I preferred to drink each day.

Visited this hotel for an event organized by the Ministry of Education. The service was excellent. They assigned a spacious room at the twentieth floor and the view was amazing. The spaces at the lobby are very ample and the decoration is very classy.

Beautiful and at a reasonably walking distance from shops.

Everything is great , only one small thing, they forgot to change my pillow covers and it had make up residue from night before. Other than that I'll stay again .
