DoubleTree by Hilton Bogota Parque 93

Hotel is in a good location, has free parking, and the internet service is decent. The neighborhood is safe. The breakfast buffet is a bit of a hit or miss some days, the hot options like eggs are not the tastiest. The property is definitely in need of remodeling. The rooms look a bit dated. Overall I can recommend this as a good spot to stay.

My assessment of this hotel is based on two distinct visits. Throughout both stays, the entire staff exhibited a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and strong customer service orientation. Notably, Alejandra, an employee identified by the "Training" badge, effectively addressed all of my requests, including the need to split bills into separate categories to accommodate different payment methods. Furthermore, her demeanor was friendly and amiable, creating a positive and pleasant interaction. Please let upper management know that the entire staff is doing excellent work. I will return!

The breakfast and service at this hotel are top notch. The rooms are great as well, I just wish the big floor lamp was a little smaller. It kept getting in the way and there was no good place to put it given the limited space in the room. Overall great hotel, thank you!

A good hotel, excellent restaurant and breakfast, good services and QA. Although it's not new or fancy, it's reliable and cozy.

My experience at the Doubletree Bogota has always been great! The staff is amazing from top to bottom however my favorite is Valentina at the front desk. She always remembers my name every time I come to town. She is definitely great at her job and an asset to the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel. Great location and comfortable rooms. The hotel will provide a portable heater upon request.

Great location , walking distance to Parque 93 and plenty of places to eat , shop, drink and gamble. The front desk staff was amazing and professional. The room was great, clean and comfortable. Decent gym to vet your work out and nice inside pool. Breakfast was really good at the restaurant. No complaints and will definitely go back.

My visit was to an event, I don't know the rooms.

Loved it. The only reason I gave them a four, is because as a diamond member I was hoping and expecting an upgrade in the room category, but instead I received an older room. However, the awesome staff makes up for the older room and the location is is phenomenal.

Excellent team and the best place to live in town. Waitress Paola is awesome and multitasking. She served our table with smile and remembered our preferences. Great rooms with view and dining options. Mostly team members speak English and Spanish both which is rare to find in Columbia. This is my 4 th visit to this country and I can assure that this hotel is best so far.
Management team is welcoming you during breakfast and solving your issues if any. Lavish buffet breakfast and variety of fruits and bakery on display.

This hotel really surpassed our expectations. Service was truly that of a 5 star hotel. Location is great as it’s walking distance to many restaurants (about half a mile to parque 93). Rooms are nice, but the two queens could’ve been a little more spacious. The included breakfast wasn’t good either. But with all the great restaurants around, this didn’t matter for us. Definitely will stay here again on our next trip.

The hotel is located in a quiet and nice area. The hotel itself not only offer accomodation but also have spaces for offices and meeting rooms. Staff is friendly and will go out of their way. In Agatha Restaurant I was surprised with a dessert not on the menu.

This hotel have very good location, is 10 to 15 minutes from the "parque de la 93" where there are very good places.

The hotel have a good guest service, breakfast and lunch was very good. The room was good and clean. It have a good conference rooms.

I enjoyed my days here.

Loved the Doubletree at Park 93! This hotel was nothing short of my expectation. I can say with all honesty the staff was amazing. They were so genuine and courteous. The location was perfect. Very safe and a pretty Short walk from “Parque 93”. The rooms were very comfortable and also very clean, in times of COVID, I felt very safe. The very nice pool that they have was not open for the moment. Full big gym, with varieties of equipment. On site they have a full restaurant named Ágata, great food and a very helpful staff. Definitely a five stars hotels. Will go back to this place. Props to Michele and the gentleman who work the front desk in the morning.

I went for job reasons, great experience, tiny details and confort concept are valuable in this good hotel. Kudos for it team!

Though the place should have some renovation, I had really enjoyed the breakfast in the Sky Lounge and gym with the view over the city! Location is close to Park 93 with lots of bars and restaurants. The area around is safe.

This Double tree is easily in my top 5 favorite Hilton properties ever! I have been a Hilton Diamond for 4 years now and spend upwards of 90 nights a year with Hilton. I have been to many Hilton properties around the world and this one truly blew my expectations out of the water!

The Hotel’s renovation was top notch. It is kept unbelievably clean. I think our house keeper cleaned the room three times a day. The hotel has a great spa, pool with an impressive view, a highly impressive executive lounge, and the food is top notch

For me, MOST hotels are simply 4 walls and a bed.

HOWEVER, a hotel with great staff and management can make my stay a true delight and an impressive experience. First, A well ran hotel requires strong leadership. I am unaware of who the General Manager is, but whoever it maybe they have to be an unbelievable leader. Second, the executive lounge staff went above and beyond. To the extent of extending happy hour services pool side. This was a great way to unwind. Next, the front desk and restaurant staff went above and beyond to insure my travel partner and I had every need met. They were able to easily accommodate every need we had.

Finally, I would like to especially thank Alex Caballero for everything he did to insure our stay was unbelievable! He truly went above and beyond.

I cannot wait to stay here again in November!

Great hotel. I had excellent experience. I do not speak Spanish but the front desk associate Naila and Farnando spoke fluent English. They had exceeded my expectations. I want the upper management to recognize them for their service.
