Marcela was amazing. One of the best massages I've ever had.

The heated bed is just so good. I wish every spa had this. I usually get cold during massages but not here. I was nice and toasty all the time.

At the end you get a have a lemon & ginger cocktail, cassava chips, nuts and water.

Another wonderful experience at a Four Seasons spa. As always the service and facility is top notch. This one in particular is somewhat limited as it only has a steam room (no hot-tub or sauna) but it didn’t take away from the experience. Alejandra gave me hands down the best massage of my life. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had the pleasure to attend the Spa twice during our five day stay at the hotel. We both had a full body and a stretch massage with an added facial. Each time the experience was divine. I enjoyed the ambience as well as hospitality of the staff. Slipping into a white robe and waiting in a relaxing area decorated with elegant flowers , dimmed lights, and comfortable chairs was a plus. While we’ve waited, we were offered Fiji water, luxurious teas, or anything else we would like. I must say, it was the best massage I’ve ever received! My masseuse was very attentive and professional, and so was husband’s . We both felt amazing and rejuvenated. I highly recommend this spa if you’re considering a massage or a facial. I can’t speak of the steam room, as we haven’t tried it but the changing area was well stocked with robes, towels, slippers, and numerous toiletries.

We walked in for the spa and Carlos was more than accommodating. Excellent treatment and amazing amenities.

Simply the best massage of my life. I did the Citrus Paradise Ritual (120 minutes, exfoliation, facial and massage) and they didn’t lie it was paradise. I never wanted it to end. It was like being back in the womb.

This spa is exceptional! The facilities are excellent and the staff are wonderful. I highly recommend it, even for people who are not staying at the hotel.

It was a 3 nights stay and everything was awesome! My room was spacious, comfortable and had a nice decoration. Loved the Colombian specialties in the breakfast! Service was amazing, and team courtesy is awesome, from the reception at the sidewalk, till the check out.

Best spa that I've been to in Bogota. Very professional and english speaking staff. Men and women's separate steam rooms. Great customer service that you would expect at a hotel of this quality
