Holiday Inn Bogota Airport, an IHG Hotel

I was placed here because an airline mistake. Beautiful hotel. Clean rooms. Full bar and excellent food

Great place for a short stay near the airport.
Personal attention by the staff. All are very friendly.
On my last stay they even kept a sweet dish as a welcome gift in the room.

We had a great experience at this hotel. A couple of days prior to our arrival, the hotel communicated with us to welcome us and ask if there was anything they could do during our stay. We requested near by rooms (I had 2 separate reservations) and let them know we would arrive late. Even thought the shuttle could not pick us up because we arrived past midnight, they were ready to greet us and efficiently check us in upon arrival. The rooms were clean and everything was in good order. The sound proof was on point as we did not hear noise overnight even though we were close to the elevators. We stayed one night and then part of our crew came back for 2 more nights. They also had a fantastic experience. The customer service was beyond expectations. The front desk and manager happily held a bag for me and offered a ride to the airport on the last leg of our trip. We would certainly stay here again! Thank you all for your professionalism and excellent customer service!

The location is great but it's a pain for cabs to access to the lobby. The road that leads to the lobby is a one way road and it's hard for Uber to understand how to get there

We had to unexpectedly stay here for one night when we missed a connecting flight. The hotel was a wonderful experience. It is very clean, the staff are amazing, and the food was good. The front desk also spoke some English which was helpful. It is close to the airport but traffic can be an issue. There is also a free shuttle bus.

So, here comes Holiday in Bogota airport trip . It's a nice hotel having a good lobby ambience and very courteous staff who welcomes you at the reception . Breakfast is available until 6-1030 am having decent selection in buffet . Rooms are good with nice interior .. just around the hotel are few eating joints and 5 min. Walk find local street vendors and McDonald's if it interests .. overall it's a great experience and can be good option for avid travelers wanting to enjoy Bogota view !

The best Holiday Inn ever. Very professional staff, well managed. The concierge, Johnny is one of the best of all IHG hotels. Should be promoted, or at least trained Into a management position.

Great hotel, close to the airport nice customer service

We came to Colombia in order to participate for the International Junior Science Olympiad (IJSO) 2022. We were supposed to have lunch and dinner in this hotel. The food was delicious but I wish if there were more options. (ex:- for vegans)

Neatly located between the city centre and airport, within a peaceful neighborhood. Just keep in mind there isn't much to do within walking distance. The staff was nice and helpful, the breakfast was quite good. Free shuttle service to the airport every 30-40min. Oh yeah and the views - pretty amazing depending on the floor you're on.

I like this hotel a lot. It is kind of pricey. But the bartender Fernando a cool dude. Also I thought my food and beer was excellent.

I got beef fried rice and it was absolutely amazing. I am not exaggerating... it was 10/10. It is so good I am contemplating smuggling some back home with me.

The room is very clean and comfortable. I would be eager to stay here again.

I stayed here upon returning to Bogota, Colombia from. Cuba on January 1, 2022. The rooms are very nice with plenty of room. The common areas are clean, well maintained and secure. The rate for my room was very reasonable compared to other full service Holiday Inns I have stayed.
But my favorite was the breakfast.. They had so many healthy choices if fruit, juice, eggs, even the bread was healthy. I truly recommend this hotel if you are ever in Bogota, Colombia...

I stayed here after returning to Bogota from Cuba on Jan 1, 2022. It is a beautiful hotel with a great breakfast that has a great hospitality staff. I recommend this Holiday Inn if you ever go to Bogota, Colombia. The rate was very reasonably priced and the view from the rooms are gorgeous..

I stayed here after missing my connecting flight between Panama City and Lima, Peru. The airline hooked me up with a hotel room and it was the nicest I had stayed in after 3 months of traveling. Best continental breakfast in my life... no joke. The spread wash incredible. Ended up loading up a bag of food to bring on the flight that day. It pays to have a delayed flight when you're a budget traveler.

Good hotel for a short stay in Bogotá

One of the best Holiday Inns I ever been, I did not have the opportunity to see the area around but as far as the hotel goes it was a great experience. Excellent customer service from the whole staff and the rooms were in very good condition and very comfortable. There was a shuttle to the airport and the restaurant was in point. Highly recommended!

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Located very close to El Dorado airport and with free shuttle service every 30 minutes is a great place to stay close to airport if traffic is of concern.

The hotel was conveniently located very close to the airport. The rooms were very nice, and clean. Management made accommodations to feed our group very early, and the customer service was great. It was an excellent experience.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and quiet, nice city view. Near to the airport, airport shuttle is available. The district is safe. Centro Comercial Gran Estación shopping centre is appr. 30 min. on walk. Huge variety of breakfast products. The personnel speaks english.
