I have been a client of Dentica by Cristina Suaza for almost four years now. I fly from New York just to see Cristina and her phenomenal staff of women! I have seen upwards of 15 dentists from California to New York and Dentica by Cristina Suaza is simply the best on all levels. I look forward to going to the dentist now because I always know I am in the most skilled and compassionate hands on the planet. And if you happen to be someone who gets nervous going to the dentist you can rest assured that you will be in a peaceful environment from the relaxing aromatherapy and the calming televisions in the ceiling!!! I had an appointment in September and really enjoyed my experience. During the initial consultation there was a translator present and she easily able help assist with any questions I might have. During the operation that I had performed I was able to listen to music and relax a little while getting my teeth cleaned. Overall a very great experience

I learned about Déntica from Dentists Without Borders when I was researching dental tourism for implants.

I went into this journey with a huge fear of dentists due to horrific and traumatic experiences when I was a child. Dr. Cristina and Dr. Tatiana were wonderful all the way through, from beginning to end. All of the office staff was wonderful and caring, and had no problems filling out my insurance paperwork. Shikayra was always reachable via WhatsApp.

The implant surgery was done under anethesia and sufficient pain medicine was provided to help me afterward.

When I returned for my permanent prosthesis, we discovered that, unfortunately, one of my four implants had failed. It was replaced for free and I opted to get another implant as well (so 5 total) to have a better chance of having the 4 necessary for the permanent prothesis.

Between my 2nd and 3rd visit, I chose to do Invisilign for my upper teeth, and we coordinated my 3rd and final visit to happen after the major adjustments had finished.

I just finished my 3rd visit and my teeth look phenomenal. Dr. Tatiana worked patiently to ensure the prothesis fit comfortably and that the gum and teeth matched my natural teeth.

If you're on the fence, I can assure you that Déntica is the place to go. They are so patient, caring, and understanding. My fear of dentists is greatly lessened, and my smile looks amazing.

1st time visiting Bogota and I have to say the whole experience was great. I did some research and found this dental office was close to a great area for hotels and shopping so I decided to come out here with my family to get some long overdue dental work done. I stayed at the AC hotel, only about 10 mins or less walking to the office. My only complaint was that the building itself still enforces wearing a mask to enter. The Dentica staff was all great, they work in teams so you have more than one person working on you to get your work done quickly and efficiently. They have an English translator as well if needed. The prices were very reasonable, way better than the U.S. that's for sure, and they explain everything very well. I had 5 cavities, my wife had a bad infection, tooth was pulled, sewed up and prescribed medication, son had a cavity fixed up as well. Will definitely come back in the future 😁

I first came here in 2018 out of necessity. I was coming to Colombia for most of 2018 and for the last six months of 2017 the American medical system failed in every way. And these were advanced medical schools and private offices in the third biggest city in the country.

From my freshman year of high school until now I’ve had 12 operations on my jaw, all cyst removals. The last three were here at this office, and I wish they had all been here! I’m not a dentist or ENT but having spent so much time in offices throughout the United States and some abroad going over x-rays, anatomy displays, etc., I have a very good understanding of the mouth anatomy, cysts and various things pertaining to them, dentistry, and ENTs in general.

So it was all the more infuriating when I spent six months being bounced back and forth between ENTs and dentists knowing I had a cyst because I could feel it and knowing I just needed to see an ENT for a what would have been simple operation on a much smaller cyst. Dentists generally if ever don’t do operations to the extent I needed, and ENTs were telling me I needed to see a dentist. It made no sense.

Right before I was heading to Colombia, I made one last stop at the ENT department of my respected university’s medical school. They tried to rip me off. They tried to say I needed the long way of dealing with a cyst, which of course I would have had to pay for everything all along the way. My own experience and three private offices I had already been to in town told me I didn’t.

So, I get to Colombia to live there for most of the year and by this time the cyst has become much bigger. I could feel it and the x-rays showed it. It went from just barely bigger than a pea when I first felt it to almost two molars in size. A simple extraction, area clean up and “letting nature take its course” healing turned into two root canals, bone graph, and multiple other steps that would not have been necessary had American medics done their job.

Not only was what was, according to the people I grew up around, supposed to be one of the most painful procedures around, root canals, painless, but the entire procedure was. I had only ever had one operation out of twelve, and it was the first one, that required more work in the United States. The others were mostly minor procedures and this major one was far more comfortable with a much faster healing period.

I would have been out for just over a week in the United States for much more minor procedures and by day three here, day one was surgery, my coworkers couldn’t even tell I had surgery. Unless they looked inside obviously.

The facility is much cleaner and more organized than much bigger and more funded facilities in the United States and the staff are always fun. They even have some tools I haven’t seen or heard of in the United States. The equipment is even fun! I’ve never seen an x-ray machine that plays music before as it’s doing its thing, that was a first! Also, despite clearly being very successful and busy it doesn’t take over a week to get ahold of someone like in the United States so that is always appreciated.

The entire team at Dentica is accomplished, caring and professional. I've spent my time in many a dentist's chair in several countries and Dentica surpasses all in attention to detail, cleanliness and courtesy.
Don't speak Spanish? Don't worry, Dentica provides translator services. My translator was Camilla, who filled in the gaps for me with excellent vocabulary and a bit of wit. They all have the client's interest at heart.

Great dentist for foreigners, who are not speaking Spanish. I recommend the professional cleaning service. Appointment can be done via WhatsApp, translator helps during the procedure.

Absolutely Terrific Service!

Did a consultation for a buccal fat removal from Canada via WhatsApp. Dr.Cristina Suaza and her team went above and beyond literally every step of the way. They got me in within a 1.5 weeks since the initial consultation, made sure I knew what the procedure was, explained the steps and post op treatment. The procedure itself was painless and they made sure I was conformable. The most important part for me was that I understood everything because of the language barrier - which they did. Transportation was provided to and from then clinic to airport. Very friendly staff and any questions pre or post op was directed to a staff member via WhatsApp, there was always open communication if I needed. They were so warm and professional, it makes me want to send a Christmas card. 6 stars!
