Great hotel, convenient, with spacious rooms and balcony. The rooms include a small kitchen and sala. The hotel gives towards a river separating two neighborhood which makes it very calm. The breakfast is good with a diversity of choices. The only issue I could find is that the rooms are pretty cold.

Nice large rooms with comfortable beds. Bathrooms are also large and have hot water. Breakfast is okay at best. The staff members are very nice and helpful. Some rooms are separated by a door, so you can easily hear your neighbors. The gym is nice and gets the job done.

There are several nice restaurants and bars within walking distance.

The biggest problem I have with this location is that there is no air conditioning in the rooms!

I am from Canada and I can't say enough good things about this hotel. We stayed in the suite which by the way was an excellent price!!! Alexander and Brayan we so helpful upon checkin, the room was beautiful, the location was amazing and close to some really good restaurants. The beds were so comfortable. We have stayed in Colombia for a month and this was by far the best experience.

Excellent service everyday. Nice rooms, we stayed in 2 bedroom suite with plenty of space for 4. Easy walking to nearby shopping and restaurants.

Location, the balcony rooms, service and food were my favourite things. I would just suggest a different TV provider ..
