Such a serene and beautiful spot on a working farm. The wild birds are extraordinary and some fantastic giant iguanas. The food was fresh and flavorful. We loved the bird watching and coffee tours. No AC in rooms and some bugs because you are in a ecolodge surrounded by nature.. Not for those who insist on all the modern conveniences but definitely for those who crave peace and quiet and natural beauty. . Very memorable experience.

Little piece of paradise!! It’s a bit out of the city centre so go there to stay and relax, it is definitely worth it. The hacienda is authentic and very charming ( I stayed in the main house) and the surrounding nature is incredible. I learned a lot from the coffee tour and workshop. Also the birding tour is very recommendable as there are so many beautiful birds around there you don’t want to miss. It’s a unique opportunity where they provide you with decent binoculars and give very useful tips to take your first steps in
this mesmerizing world. Food is delicious as well and you can tell that everyone who works there does it with heart and soul. I absolutely recommend, muchas gracias!

Great coffee farm and hostel. Beautiful area with a lot of beautiful birds. Staying at the hostel part was especially great. We stayed 4 nights. The host staff Blanca was amazing, very friendly, helped us with laundry, cooked breakfast and was always there whenever we needed anything. The pizza kits were a lot of fun. Met great fellow travellers. We could use the pool at the lodge and also used the lunches there. We did the coffee tour, cupping workshop and chocolate experience which were given by amazing hosts. We had a nice hike around the area as well.
Very beautiful and peaceful area that will leave you fully relaxed and recharged. 10/10 would recommend!

Incredible experience! The staff is excellent and you can't miss coming here. We tried the coffee and cupping experiences, and both were fantastic. Overall, it was amazing.

This place is amazing. Staff is friendly, funny, super helpful, in good mood and speaking fluently English. I was there for coffee tour. Group was small, we were only 9 people and it was Sunday morning (tour started at 9:45). It was in English, guide was awesome guy, speaking fluently, told us a lot of interesting facts. He answered all of our questions, some related to topic, some not so much. Tour had funny and friendly atmosphere. You can also buy their coffee there, 3 types, grinded or whole bean. It costs 35 000cop for 250g bag. If you want you can ask them and they will sell you big bag used on farm to carry coffee around for 20 000cop. You can use it as decoration. I will put it on the wall when I come back home (you can see bag on the wall in one of the pictures). It is easy to get there, even by bus, because only thing you need is to take bus or taxi and leav it next to the Las Palmas restaurant. From there you can call them or text them on WhatsApp and their employee will pick you up by car. If you are in Manizales and you want to see coffee farm, have cocoa tour, barista course or something, this is great place to do it, 100% recommend. It is suitable for kids and elderly people, too.

This place is friendly, warm and professional. We forgot our small machine there and the team was so kind to return it back to us in Salento. Very much appreciated. thank you.

İt is hard to find the place in dark, better arrive in daylight.

This farm is beautiful! I can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s a perfect way to explore the true Colombian jungle. The main house was relaxing and a nice way to meet new people. The best part was the incredibly nice staff who made us feel at home and took extra good care of us and our baby. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful few days on the farm. The hostel is a five minute walk from the main building; we stayed in a little bungalow in the garden, beautiful and quiet. A birdwatchers paradise! Our hosts made us feel very welcome, the tour through the farm and its facilities was awesome. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful farm and very friendly people. They served 3 meals a day which were all delicious. The services were great also. From local tours, to help with laundry, to shuttle to and from airport, and the pricing was very reasonable. We were extremely satisfied.

Beautiful and authentic coffee farm. A few km off the road from Pereira to Manizales and in a lovely climate zone (height). Very relaxed atmosphere and the different locations of the farm offers something for everybody. Many experiences offered (coffee walk to know everything about the coffee production, making your own chocolate from tree to finished product and learning about a newer initiative there where they produce rum with tasting etc.) as well enjoying the typical Colombian food, relax by the pool or take a walk in the surroundings. Very comfortable rooms in the coffee lodge. Rich possibilities for bird watching.

Absolutely wonderful stay that starts with the genuine friendliness of everyone working their (|especially Jessica y Gilberto at the dorm).

I stayed two nights in the hostel which was incredibly well organized. Be prepared to cook your own food although the mini mart in the hostel is well stocked. You can bring your own ingredients in.

You are out in the middle of a huge hacienda and free to roam the area. They have some hikes up and down the hills well mapped.

The tour was really interesting as they take you through understanding coffee, the picking and fields and into the processing.

Only one thing could be better. Wifi in the dorm area is overloaded and slow. It's better if you go to reception or the main house if you want to take a meeting!

Fantastic place! We stayed in the middle of October and the weather was pleasant. The place is impeccably clean and incredibly charming. It’s not meant to be luxurious, but it’s a great way to experience a finca and a coffee farm all at once. The food was delicious and the bottomless coffee was even better. Loved every minute of it.

Amazing place! Came from the United States, to this paradise in the middle of the mountains. I stayed on the main house. The employees are the most amazing human beings that take care of you like you are in their home. I was so impressed to see how much they care about the guess. The food is all home made, with vegetables and fruits grown in the farm. The coffe tour was very impressive. My daughter loved the animals in the farm.

Nice, informative tour of a coffee plantation in the Colombian coffee region. Similar to coffee tours that I've done in the past. The grounds are beautiful and the information about how Colombian coffee production works is great. Bought some coffee while we were there and brought it home. It's really exceptional and reasonably priced. Worth carting it back to the US.

Very nice tour of a coffee farm. We rode jeeps from the tour entry point to the actual farm headquarters. The tour guides explained the process of growing and producing coffee. The tour included a walk at the edge of the coffee grove. Then we saw the equipment used for shelling and sorting coffee beans into different grades of coffee. The tour culminated with a demonstration of roasting the beans, and provided an opportunity to purchase locally produced coffee beans.

Arrival: we rented a car at Pereira airport and it was quite easy to get there (we were a bit worried about that due to other reviews, but it's not complicated).
Room: quite basic but ok.
Dinner: you can book dinner at 7pm for 30000 COP which was delicious.
Breakfast: very nice in the garden.
Hikes: you can do some hikes around the hotel, however we got lost since the map is not clear at all. Locals could not help us either.
Coffee Tour: we had a great 2,5 hour coffee tour in Spanish with Diana. I learned a lot and really enjoyed it.
Overall certainly an experience to do when in Eje Cafetero! All staff was very friendly!

We stayed at the main building and the rooms were so beautiful and charming. The included breakfast and additional dinner were really good homemade dishes. This is probably the first time in Colombia where you don't get blasted with music 24/7, so if you are looking for a relaxing stay, this is the place to be. We also did the coffee tour which was very interesting and is available in English too (takes about 2h).

A really beautiful and giant coffee hacienda in the department of Caldas that has magnificent views of the coffee on the Ladera of the mountains, great local guides, and a wonderful hotel with a pool.

The space is big and interesting to get to know the coffee process and its history.

Taste some filtered methods of coffee and learn about the best soft coffee of the world in this wonderful big hacienda.

I have made the coffee tour with Diana - the tour was very professional, with lots of detailed information about the coffee plant and it's processing. My expectations were exceeded, I can definitely recommend this. Diana speaks perfect English!
