Excellent location! It’s just a 10-20min walk from spots of interest in the area. The layout of the hostel is really well done offering lots of variety in space outside of your room to enjoy. Highly recommend.

This is by far my favorite hostel in Bogota. The staff are adorable, rooms and bathrooms spacious and clean. The common areas and big kitchen are also great to socialise! Great value for an affordable price. I can only recommend 😊

Pros: staff is amazing and speaks English, rooms are great, blankets are warm and bed comfy. excellent wifi for digital nomads (Co working table with many chairs), resto bar offering super good meals for breakfast and dîner, and again: staff is super friendly, they helped my changing my stay last minute and they were super chill and they listen to their clients.

Cons: tall guys can do eye contacts while showering haha not a big deal but that was quite funny

I recommend 10/10

Great location. All staff is super sweet and welcoming. The hostel itself has the best vibe I’ve been in. Overall a 10/10 and would highly recommend

I’ve stayed at so many hostels and this had the be the cleanest and most modern. The bathrooms were clean and there was hot water. I ate at the restaurant and was charged correctly for it, but the meat was overdone and pretty rubbery. The hostel does echo since it’s very open.

We loved our stay at Granada Hostel.
The building is beautiful and finished to a high standard.
There's a good kitchen for cooking but also a bar/restaurant if you want something easy.

We stayed in a king room and the bed was amazing. The shower was hot and powerful, we would have appreciated a bathroom window as the fan wasn't very powerful.

Our room came with breakfast and you had 4 options to choose from. We always got the eggs/toast/fruit/coffee combo which we enjoyed so can't comment on the other options but you could also get pancakes, arepas or a sandwich.

Staff were really helpful and helped with any questions.

Great location, near some great cafes.

We would definitely stay again if we came back to Bogota.

Great Hostel! I stayed here a week and it was a lovely experience! The staff (Alfredo, Gio, Daniel, and Joanna) were all very friendly and helpful, especially as I had just arrived in South America so I had lots of questions! The bed was very comfy and it was nice having a curtain. The top bunk was a bit difficult to get in and out of but I got used to it! The location is great, very nearby lots of museums and sites and great tours from the hostel and nearby! I liked that the hostel was a balance of a chill vibe but also really easy to meet people to hang out with

A really nice hostel, almost to hotel standards in the private rooms. The beds are huge and comfortable, showers are hot and powerful and it's freshly decorated. There are chill out areas, games areas, outdoor spaces and work spaces. The breakfast is complete and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The location is great, it's right in the heart of the La Candelaria area, close to loads of cafes and restaurants, Monserrate, Plaza Bolivar, etc. Would highly recommend! Thanks for a lovely stay.

We had such a good time here! I was sick already before we got to Bogota and it progressed unfortunately. The staff were super sweet: they offered me some tea, asked quite often how I was feeling, called a doctor for me and one of the staff members even came with me to the docter for help and to translate. Even though I didn't feel that great physically I felt better because I felt safe and comfortable there. The beds are good, the location is good, the food is really tasty with good prices, kitchen is good etc. I'd recommend staying here.

One of the best hostels we’ve stayed in, in 8 months round South America. Great location, comfy beds, quiet and excellent staff. Kitchen has super sharp knifes for cooking which is always a good indication if hostel quality in my opinion!

Great hostel in a perfect location with nice and helpful staff! (And I really recommend doing the food tour offered to get acquainted with Colombian food)

Also, the cafe in the back is good value and there is a nice hang out place to meet people. Unfortunately they didn't have a kettle in the shared kitchen but kindly let me use the kettle in the cafe to boil water.

Perfect location in the middle of the Candelaria, friendly and helpful staff, and good common areas. My only complaint about this hostel is the very small private rooms, but they are well worth the $21/night.

I have stayed here close to 20 times. It is my favorite hostel in all of Colombia. Very comfy beds, the blankets and pillows are nice and soft. The bunks in the dorms all have a curtain, your own private light, as well as a wall plug in. The bar/restaurant area is nice, with a large area where guests can go with no roof and four or five more tables. Many plugins in the restaurant area too. Great place to work on your laptop. The bathrooms and showers are very nice and always clean, and they never seem to run out of hot water. Best of all is the vibe they have there. All who work there are genuinely happy people and it is clear they enjoy their jobs. And so helpful!

I stayed at granada hostel for more than a week, both in dorms and private room. Everything was perfect. Their prices for the food, beers and room are fair. The staff are very friendly and will do anything to make you feel like home.
It's also a nice place to exchange with other travelers, or with the staff itself.
I will go there again for sure ! Thanks for the stay.

We stayed here for 5 nights. The bed & pillow was so comfortable, definitely above average for hostel standard. Room is clean, hot water and wifi worked really well (except wifi on our last day because it’s windy). Staffs are friendly, they can speak english so are very helpful in communicating.
I like the common area & the bar, good for socializing with other travelers. Overall, the place has a nice vibe.

A minus was loud constructions at 7.30am! It woke me much earlier than I want. Hopefully they’ll finish it asap.

More than life itself, I love the manager Miguel. He’s amazing and this hostel is just amazing. The guests who stay here are really chill. And the staff is the best staff any company would ever want to cater to world travelers.

We booked 3 nights there when arriving in Colombia and it was great. At night, the door is closed but the receptionist was kind to wait for us and showed us briefly the hostel. Every bed was equipped with a lamp, plug and a curtain for privacy. Dorms had lockers, a chair and a table. The bathrooms were not mix and kept clean, even though the hostel is big.
The breakfast was not included in the room rate but there is possibility to order it. Otherwise, the hostel is well located, in a safe area of Bogotá and there are few coffee shops around to have breakfast and lunch. A small kitchen with a fridge is available for the ones willing to cook. The common areas inside and outside are also nice and comfy :)

Lovely hostel, great location and wonderful staff. Hot showers and clean rooms. Special mention to Daniel who was the most helpful person we have met on our travels. He went above and beyond for us to help with a problem we had. Thank you Daniel!

Superb king-size bed with walk in shower and private bathroom. Great outdoor space and bar with reasonably priced food. Good kitchen facilities too. Very helpful, friendly staff. 2 mins walk from Botero and 5 mins from Plaza. Quiet at night. Best hostal I have ever stayed in.
