We received a very warm welcome, even at 5 am after an overnight flight. From Jesus, Julio and all front desk staff, a huge thanks.
The rooms are spacious, comfy beds, quiet, and great, hot showers. Decent price and we may have just found our go-to place while travelling.
The neighbourhood is traditional Colombia. 🇨🇴 Lots of options for restaurants and close to many other attractions.

We had a great time at Palermo Hotel with my boyfriend. The location is great (lots of bars and restaurants nearby + safe). But what stood out was the quality of service. The staff was super nice and always eager to help. I definitely recommend!

Clean, spacious room with large, super hot shower! Downstairs coffee and breakfast area is cozy, hip—tasty breakfast, too!

I needed a room for one night because of a long layover in Bogota. Typically, I stay in the Candelaria but found a deal at Palermo Home and gave it a try.

Great choice!

The Palermo district is keen with nearby small restaurants, cool graffiti and fresh fruit and veggie markets. In close proximity to a walking greenway, you can spot a few of Colombia’s diverse bird species, too.

Breakfast is not included but is a tasty bargain—opt for it. I had eggs with onion and tomato and super fresh arepa. Simply delicious.

The only issue is it is located on a busy city street with fast, honking traffic feet from the room. It did get quiet around 10p but traffic resumed around 6:30a. They do provide earplugs—nice!

And really, it’s Bogota, a city of 10 million + people—it’s gonna be loud at points wherever you are.

Overall, my experience was great. The staff is super friendly, and there are lots of tables and set ups where you can work on a laptop—especially helpful for digital nomad-types.

I will be back for sure!

This place is a gem. Easy to book. I got their 4hrs before checkin and they did not let me checkin early (even though I had requested an early checkin) unless I paid $9usd. No biggie. Room was very clean and huge. Bed was super comfortable, bathroom was clean, rooms were modern. Has a mini bar and gated patio and night security. Mall is 8mins walk away to get ATM, currency exchange, food, shops etc.

Internet was pretty spotty so maybe not best if you need a reliable WIFI for work.

Overall a really nice place and good value and I would return and recommend to others.

Amazing, helpful and always smiling people. The place itself was fantastic, room clean and neat, high quality service and tasty breakfasts (scrumbled eggs with ham and cheese, fruits, chocolate or coffee to choose).

Absolutely fantastic place and service. Spotless rooms and common areas. Fresh breakfast in the mornings and cute places to work/study/have a beer. A combination of hotel service and apartments amenities. Highly recommended!

Excelente lugar para quedarse en Bogotá, el lugar es muy bonito y acogedor. Quienes trabajan allí son muy amables. La habitación es perfecta, cama súper cómoda, baño y cocina bien aseados, tiene tv por cable e internet. El lugar está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila entonces se descansa muy bien. 100% recomendado
