The staff is amazing and the location is beautiful. The resort provides transportation for the events you want to attend. The staff in the buffet is friendly and very polite. They all do their best to accommodate your needs. I would highly recommend them and return. 😄

Great place in contact with nature. I got fascinated by all the birds you can hear when you wake up and when you see them in the hotel area and how they interact with guests.
I guess the hotel itself can improve on many things like food and drinks or room quietness, but the arquitecture and nature is astounding.

A nice place to relax. The hotel in general is peaceful and beautiful. The rooms are nice and huge. I really enjoyed the pool, try it at night. Food is abundant, but just OK. Drinks are not really good, quality used to be a lot better. Night shows are good, staff really wants you to have a fun stay.
If your plan is to chill for a few days this is a good option. But if what you want is to visit around (Salento, Parque del Café, Manizales, etc) you should stayed somewhere else.

I had my honeymoon at Eje Cafetero in Colombia and can't stop talking about it.
My husband had the time of his life enjoying the nature and the beauty of my country.
This hotel has an excellent service, delicious food, nice and spacious rooms, boutique, tourist office with affordable plans.
Our tourist guide Santiago was the best, kind, honest, patient and with a very good knowledge of the area a f its history.

Food quality, customer service, environment, everything in this hotel is highly recommended!!!
