HOTEL EL DORADO BOGOTA

I stayed here for about a week in late July. The entire experience was nothing but perfect. Check in was delightful and professional. They helped me with my bags to the room and showed me the rooms amenities. I planned a team offsite here and they were very responsive and attentive even though I was on a different time zone. I booked the small conference room with video beam (projector) and the coffee/tea/water/ cookie service which was perfect. We had a few waiters who were extremely attentive the entire 2 days we had our meetings. The room was beautiful and spacious, comfortable bed, quiet, and peaceful. The breakfast was included in my room pricing and was lovely every morning. Everyone I encountered during my stay here was exceptional, I don’t remember all the names but I was very needy and they were able to make anything I needed happen, from printing to room changes, to lunches, recommendations, etc, they handled. Truly an exceptional team. Thank you: Carlos, Caterin, Giovanni, the security guard, the service man who staffed the meeting space, the waiter who brought me coffee to my room every morning, the night staff, the lovely kitchen captain (who noticed I didn’t finish my lunch and offered to send me something else even though I was just full ☺) Thank you for everything! I will be back soon!

We loved the customer service at this hotel. John especially was so kind always answering our questions, storing our bags multiple times and being very helpful. The breakfast was one of the best ones during our trip and the rooms were large. Awesome experience!

Very good hotel at a very safe location. Mai-Tai Sushi restaurant on the 7th floor was very good and very convenient. Breakfast was good/great

Very nice hotel in a great area and within walking distance to many restaurants. Restaurant in the hotel is good also. Rooms very clean and roomy, staff was helpful and accommodating.

Great hotel for the price and very nice staff! We ate at maitai and the food was delicious! Showers and room were very spacious too, felt like a 5 star hotel. ❤

The most comfortable beds on the planet! Coffee in the room but you are charged for the water… peculiar. Overall a lovely hotel, highly recommended.

Stood here for my first time visiting bogota. Loved everything about the hotel. I was upset that they tried to charge me for a water bottle that I did not drink. But besides that good experience.

Wonderfully presented and in a lovely area of Bogota, felt very safe and looked after by the staff, they made sure we were careful with our belongings.

The rooms themselves were lovely, and the best very comfortable. It was well equipped with a decent TV, we watched the game of thrones.

You get some welcome drinks when you arrive as well, nice touch.

Really not much to dislike, the official taxis from the hotel tended to be a bit pricey, but that's not a surprise.

Coffee at breakfast isn't great, and you have to ask for it, rather than self serve, for a coffee addict like me it meant my intake was limited!

This hotel is beautiful and the hotel staff is pure class! Professional, friendly and warm. They treated us like royalty. The hotel decor is elegant, the rooms are very comfortable, the cocktails were great, the bartender was wonderful, he even surprised me with a small birthday cake in the lobby on our way out to dinner. The hotel restaurant offered a delicious buffet breakfast and the waiters were great. The location is excellent, walking distance from Parque de la 93, and very safe. We will stay here again on our next visit to Bogota!

In the restaurant downstairs will blow your mind best healthy food I’ve had in ages had the chicken breast with an avocado chickpea salad

Jason, Bryan and Camila were amazing hosts; warm, welcoming, and always with a smile. The room itself was spotless with wonderful modern design and very comfortable beds. The breakfast spread is amazing, you will wish you had two stomachs!

We were in Bogotá for two weekends with a midweek excursion, and we canceled reservations at another hotel to stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended!

A very good hotel. The location is great if you want to stay around the area but it is a little further away from the centre. But the area is very safe and we had no problems walking around at any time of day and night. Ubers and taxis are easy to get and provide cheap, if not particularly fast, options to the centre. The rooms were decent size. The staff on reception and the door were very friendly and helpful. Definitely a good choice when in Bogota.

Excellent hotel in a very safe area of Bogota. The rooms are very comfortable and the bed is great. Many restaurants and Cafés around. The breakfast could be better and offer more options and better bread. The fruits selection is great. Also the water stream in the bathroom's tap could be stronger. The staff is very friendly and helping. All in all highly recommended.

Great hotel. Rooms are clean and good size, people are friendly and helpful, breakfast plentiful and the price is right. Also, great location for restaurants and nightlife.

Great hotel that was a good value and a hearty included breakfast. Just to the north of park 93 and other places to explore in the heart of Chico.
