Britt Shop Chile

On my recent trip to London I had the opportunity to enter this store. I was served by a very kind and charismatic young man named Ronald Briceño. He took great care of me. He had incredible energy. He helped me look for gifts and some t-shirts for my friends in England. You can tell that He loves his work very much. I was so delighted that I recommended other people look for him so that I can advise him on purchases. I will definitely return on my next trips and I will take special care of him.

Natalia Vasquez gave us some groceries and coffee from Chile!! Very charming, her charisma and smiled made everything perfect! thank u Natalia💖 hope to dee u again!

This store is the most beautiful in all chile, Ronald, was so helpful and polite. I had a great experience here thanks to such personal service. He asked all my questions, let me know about all the promotions and was very patient. I wish every airport had such a great customer service. Cheers to the manager. I love Chile!!

Valentina Arellano is the best!!! She took the time to help me find what I was looking for my family and I. She held my bags for me as I tried on clothes and helped me pick out the sizes I needed. I really appreciated her help and I would recommend her when visiting the store

The 1st time I walked in, I was ignored while the sales people were chatting. No greeting, nothing. I felt I was being a bother, so I left. I drank a pisco sour across the way and once done I decided I’d give it another shot. I really wanted to purchase attire that had Chile written all over it! (Strangely hard to find in Chile.) The second time I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile and asked if I was looking for something in particular. After choosing four items and being walked around I went to pay. I decided to ask the woman who helped if she was Chilean. Turns out she is Colombian! Of course she was! I had such a hard time in Chile, dealing with terrible customer service and wondering why anyone worked if they didn’t want to work, giving everyone such a terrible experience. I believe her name was Tatiana. I’m so glad she works here. I didn’t have to leave Chile with a sour taste over such bad experiences over and over again. I only had great service experiences with immigrants who live here and I’m so greatful for them. I’m also happy I found Chilean gear also! Gracias Tatiana! You are amazing.

Had a great experience picking out some gifts here! All of the staff were friendly and helpful, a special shout-out goes to Otniel who helped me out and walked me through the whole process. I don’t speak much spanish but he was kind and patient, helping out at every step. Next time I come to Santiago I will be visiting again!

Catalina Valdes was amazing she helped me and my fiancée find rings to celebrate our engagement was super patient and super nice.

Never had a rude staff employee in my years of travelling to this destination.
