Literally so huge I felt like I was back in an American Walmart. They sell everything, but most of all, their electronics are cheap. Smartphones start at around 100USD (89990 pesos or so), and the employees of the electronic section are professional and straight forward. They also sell plenty of snacks foreigners will recognize, and have a huge wine section. Vegetable prices are more expensive than the street vendors that are all over the place outside this Lider. The biggest plus is that it's less than 3 mins walk from the nearest metro station.

Don't use the bathrooms, what a disgrace. Otherwise it's a good Lifer with a good selection of products. Lots of tills as well so quite efficient.

This supermarket has lots of variety and it's cheap. Well, cheaper than the competition. There's a smaller one in last Rejas metro station that is even cheaper but it's smaller so it has less variety. It has two cons only: the type of people around (and sometimes inside) the supermarket (many shoplifters or dodgy people)) ande neverending queues at the weekend (because it's good).

This automarket is like a Walmart which holds all kinds of products from food to clothes, to shoes and miscellaneous. They maintain good prices comparing with Tottus, another Walmart like store. Nutella's price is around 4950$ Chilenian pesos (around 7.40$ - In Ecuador you can buy it in "Mi comandato" for 6.75$) (450gr)

I love lider alameda it's a huge one store ,so if you like to get something there it would be the right place you can get there by the Padre Urtado Metro station ,it's just 100metres walk .
