The views are spectacular with a cappuccino in hand.
If you look up you can see a condor flying above.
Rooms have a little balcony to enjoy the icy mountain wind.
Great spot to getaway for the weekend.

Fantastic lodge with beautiful mountain scenery. Receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful, the apartment is good value (and may have better views than the rooms facing the back of the hotel), breakfast was huge and excellent quality (separately charged, you can easily share), restaurant has a beautiful setting and very good (albeit a bit pricey) food. Great starting point for hiking El Morado Natural Monument. The pool and spa (included in price) is really nice to relax with sublime views of the mountain ranges. Many small items of the lodge and especially spa are not properly or completely finished. This doesn't however impact any functionality.

The lodge is very well located, offering amazing mountains view, and it has very nice facilities (swimming pool,jacuzzi,open air hot tubs).
The restaurant offers breakfast,and it is then open from lunch time till dinner. The menu is a bit focused in meat and fish for the moment (not many vegetarian options).

It's a beautiful place with an advancing scenery. They have a very cosy environment with an excellent service. The infrastructure is great as well, with everything you need to relax after your excursion. But best of all was the food, delicious!

A beautiful, elegant lodge in the middle of the Andes with views of two glaciers. El Morado Glacier and San Francisco Glacier. The food is delicious. The service excellent and the ambiance is unbeatable. Worth the long drive to get here!

Beautiful place with very friendly staff!

We stayed here April 1-2, 2017, and had a wonderful experience. We wanted to spend time in the Andes before taking a trip to Easter Island. The drive is about two hours from the airport and we had no problems getting there. The hotel is just past the turnoff to Banos Morales. We stayed in the cabanas (refugio). The room had a beautiful view of El Morado National Park. The staff spoke English, and the restaurant was excellent. We arranged horseback and hiking tours through the hotel. The road is now paved all the way to the hotel. There are two parts: the refugio (lower-priced) and the lodge. You can't go wrong either way.

Amazing views. Friendly staff. Spotlessly clean. Great value. We really enjoyed it.

Maravilloso espacio, perfecto para compartir en pareja, ( hay juegos de madera para niños afuera ) muy ordenado y limpio todo, habitación cómoda con balcón (en mi caso) , hay toallas y cosas básicas en los baños, excelente servicio, un lodge precioso, cuadros de la naturaleza inspiradores , una vista espectacular en cada uno de sus ventanales , el desayuno fue variado , el personal agradable, tienen distintas piscinas (ninguna es muy profunda) , sauna seco, clásico, jacuzzi, masajes las instalaciones abren tipo 9am, ¡¡¡oh!!! Importante, llevar su gorro de baño, es obligatorio o te venden uno por 5.000 (buena calidad pero lo encontré super innecesario por lo baja que es la piscina) , 💙 tienen distintas fuentes de energía, lo que me genera mucha confianza ✨ lo recomiendo, pero si tú presupuesto es bajo , mejor ir a otro lado.

Más que hermoso!! Fuimos en excursión de Turistick, tiene incluído el viaje, un paseo por la plaza de San José de Maipo,una visita a la casa del chocolate donde te invitan con chocolate caliente y luego vas al lugar donde tienen piscina, jacuzzi, masajes el restaurante, el almuerzo está incluido en el ticket, (muy rico) una copa de bienvenida también y 30' de tinas de agua caliente con vista a las montañas. No tiene desperdicio, lo recomiendo, 10 puntos!!
