PARC City Boot Co.

Had an issue with the integrity of the boot. Loved the comfort and look of them. I contacted Parc City about buying another pair, but expressed concern about longevity; hoping an issue was identified and corrected. I was pleasantly surprised that they offered to replace my old shoes with new! And they were honest about a manufacturing issue that has since been corrected. Full marks for standing behind the product!! Who does THAT anymore??

Great selection of shoes and belts. They are wholesalers, but have samples for sale at their airport location. The owners are also very nice and easily approchable.

These boots look great but are poorly made. I have worn mine about 20 times and they are already falling apart. I have contacted the company twice with no reply. I would stay away from Parc City Boots unless you like expensive, disposable boots.

Update: The company contacted me and apologized for the lack of
communication. Apparently they had a flood and have been busy with that. They are sending me new boots. I'll give 3 stars at this point and update once I know how the new boots hold up.

Love the shoes. Most comfortable pair I own. However, they have completely fallen apart after three months of use, and I don't even wear them everyday. I contacted customer support a few times. They got back to me to apologize the first time and offered me a discount but never got back to me to actually give me it. A $200 pair of shoes should last longer than three months, no? Stand behind your product. If there is an issue fix it.

My boots have completely fallen apart in a few months. I reached out to customer service a month ago and still haven't received a reply. I'm very disappointed. Buyers beware!
