First time shopping here and the experience was great! Both store associates were very friendly, helpful and patient when it came to purchasing my first pair of Jordan's. They ran out of my size 9/9.5 so they were quick to suggest either the 8.5 or 10. They even offered to let me try either size on in different models to see what fit best when there was a small line up. Will be shopping here in the future for sure. Thumbs up!

Each time I go into this shop the service is good and notably thoughtful. They know their product, they’re helpful with fit and the staff are easygoing but attentive. What made me write this review though was the respectful response I got when I told one of the staff, Seth, that as a Black woman I hated it when I go into public spaces and hear the N word and the B word coming through in the music. We talked about the origins of hip hop that were based on real social transformation and respect, and how systemic racism gets played out in the industrial music machine in public. He heard my lament and without a further word put one some new school Canadian hip hop ‘adjacent’ jazz/soul:electronica BadBadNotGood. I appreciated it a lot. They’re Pleasant brand of clothing is aptly named for this shop and the folks who work there at this Mount Pleasant independent business.

Been going here for years as this was my first streetwear boutique type place. Always a pleasure to shop here. Super chill employees and nice store setup.

Great staff and owners. Good variety of clothes. They always keep it fresh and curate new clothes every so often. Honestly a great place to come and even look for inspiration as they manage to display a variety of interesting pieces from various labels, that'll get you thinking about new ways to style yourself. Good sales on sneakers too.

I've purchased a few items from this store and wouldn't hesitate to recommend based on selection and service. That being said I bought a pair of pants from another store and I noticed these guys sold them. After explaining a problem I had with the pants that I thought might be a defect they went out of their way to show me how to get in touch with the brand (who is replacing my pants). I think this type of friendly service goes a long way and I because of this approach I will continue to support these guys.

Have always loved any complex store I've been to. In my opinion one of the best places to grab a pair of shoes. They have tons of selections. Also have a fantastic shoe cleaner and protector made by Jason Markk. I've used this product for a long time now and it's awesome shoes are always fresh.

This place was selling a very exclusive Air Jordan 1 that sold out online. Had to wait in line 3 hours in the blistering cold until they opened, but I got the shoe for retail on release day, and I'm very thankful for that. They had about 20 pairs available, 1 or 2 in each size, so if you show up early for a hyped release you have a good chance. Haven't been back, but seemed like a cool little store, worth checking out for sure.

Small selection of popular streetwear brands including some great Canadian brands like Raised by Wolves and Zanerobe. Also an amazing brand called four horsemen which is all handmade by a woman in Victoria BC.
