Favorite grocery store in the area. If you like a good deal, you'll always find one here if you're flexible with your shopping list. I usually save at least $20-40 per shop here compared to the big chain grocery stores and the meat is better quality too.

This is about bistro/cafe: the staff is so polite and responsive. I bought today's special sandwich, Montreal smoked beef it was tasty and I usually DON'T EAT BEEF.

I’m always impressed with the staff in the meat/seafood department. The service and selection is outstanding for a general grocery store.

This is best store in Vancouver. Best organize, best quality.

Spacious, wide selection of foods. Tidy, n clean with lots of friendly n helpful staff. Love to do shopping there although prices may not be the cheapest one. Parking space available too.

I shop IGA for quality meat department, I can order special cuts ie ( chuck steak into ground beef ), I get end bones for soup broth or cooking meals for my puppy. I prefer paying the promotions on sale items of quality products and produce they have in store.

My wife and I like shopping at IGA. The store has everything we need. It is a little more pricey than the big stores like Safeway but it has a little bit more quality. And IGA carries more items we like. I always enjoy shopping here.
Yesterday we went to get my favorite type of tea and it was out because it was on sale. IGA carries good items and I like the selections. We will be back to get our favorite food items soon enough.

Smaller store but great for organic produce. Always clean and well stocked. Deli counter employees are always so kind, same for the cashiers. I always love being in Kits so I can stop by. Just avoid right after school gets out and you will be fine.

Fresh vegetables and the place is clean, so I like to do my groceries here. There are usually good deals available on some of the items as well. Fruits are also good. It's a big store and they have most of the popular brands for canned goods and other items. Beware of the 200g dates at 2$, both times I purchased, they had worms inside. I think this is old stock. They have an option of replacing the product if it's not fresh, but I am yet to take the dates back.

Favourite place to grocery shop. No automated checkouts, real people with real smiles. Well staffed, great selection of goods and produce. Not too big, not too small-it's just right.

This is my go-to IGA! I love the free parking, it's so helpful and I've never been unable to find a good spot and it's well-lit and it feels safe. And it's just so handy with the London Drugs being there too so anything that I can't find at the IGA, I can usually find at the London Drugs, which saves me several trips. The IGA staff are always friendly and helpful and I find that they have plenty of sales items that keep me coming back, as well as lovely fresh produce. The star as well laid out and it's not difficult to find what I'm looking for. As well as it is very clean.

Every staff member we’ve encountered at this IGA has been friendly and helpful. We’re here multiple times a week and find they are a great place to pick up a few items for dinner and do some light shopping. The kids from the nearby schools love it for picking up snacks and the staff are always welcoming of them.

Do people really read reviews of grocery stores? I've been a fan of IGA for years, good people work here. Some people say it's more expensive but it's in my neighborhood, and it's more expensive to drive for less expensive groceries.
I also like that they have European selections: except, I haven't seen polish mayo for a couple minutes so we need restocking!

This is a well-run, well-stocked IGA store. More gluten-free options than most stores, big produce department, 4 big frozen food sections, lots of friendly staff around to help, and since Sept 31, customers are required to wear face masks, which makes me very comfortable shopping there. There are always sanitized carts and hand baskets available too. Big thumbs up.

Small but the quality of food is always top notch. Must try the egg salad. The staff is always really courteous, pleasant and nice. I moved away from the neighbourhood but any time I am there I go back to do my shopping at this grocery store.

Really good (and cheap!) bakery. Why buy crappy brand name bread again? You'll get fresh bread here for a fraction of the price. Love it.
Otherwise prices are average for most groceries. Pretty much right in between Choices and Donalds market.

A good grocer, excellent selection which they have managed to maintain over these last few months where so many other grocers have had bare shelves. The price aren't what they used to be but that's not a reflection on them as I believe it's out of their control.

For IGA, this is really a great location. Underground free parking to having daily deals. Excellent baked goods especially berry & blueberrie pies. Can be overpriced in areas but in other areas can find good daily deals. Friendly staff. Always leave feeling good about my purchases! 👍

Close to my work and home. Makes for a good quick stop to grab things. They have an okay selection of gluten free breads. But their prepared lunches/meals are lacking in glutenless options.
