Shoppers Drug Mart

I visited this store recently and it seems they changed their service from my previous experience a year ago. The prescription section has improved significantly and they even called my doctor to discuss my medication. I got impressed how they took care my health and provided such special service. I strong recommend you consider this shoppers next time.

The pharmacy team have been extremely helpful going on 2 years now and are quick to fix anything that comes up regarding prescriptions or insurance issues.

Have been a loyal customer for 20 something years! I really enjoy shopping at your location and the previous 2 other locations, all on Hastings Street . Twice I've been lucky enough to get 2 cosmetic products on hold that are in high demand. Always sold out! Thanks very much to Sophia and her valuable advice.

Great location particularly for pharmacy services. I got great advice from the pharmacy manager. I think it’s under new management or something definitely turned a corner 👍🏼

I visited the store recently to got a prescription from my doctor. The service was good and fast. I recommend this store.

The pharmacist here is doing a great job, despite being seriously overworked.
I came 45 mins before closing and the poor guy was alone and clearly had a LOT he needed to get done, but was doing a great job.
Pharmacists are already understaffed and overburdened, which is why I don’t understand this new law adding diagnosing small ailments like UTIs, etc to their jurisdiction. But if they can keep up like this guy, then good on them. :)

Absolutely the best customer service out of any Shopper locations I've ever dealt with. All staff is very kind and curious. Not just the pharmacy staff but the entire staff as a whole are great. Michael from the pharmacy department who I believe to be the manager is top class. Can't forget home_girl, ( I think its safe to assume the regulars all know who I'm referring to "BRO")...has energy and attitude that is very positive shout out to her and the rest off the TEAM... HAPPY NEW YEARS

My doctor called in my prescription and they were able to fill it right away. Pharmacist Michael and the technician were very efficient and were very helpful both on the phone and in person. Great team work!!

wonderful staff at this location! I don’t usually write reviews online but the staff member I dealt with today went above and beyond to help me and was so friendly that I felt the need to come write a review. I believe her name was Sukhi.

Sometimes the place has the most random, interesting and cute things for selling. The products they sell have a high quality and we usually can find something on sale. It is a clean place and very spacious. Good to work and get some home supplies.

Highly recommend this place! Great customer service. People here are really friendly and helpful. I asked their help to figure out the problem with shoppers online purchase. Even though in my case was a bit complicated and took so long time, several people came to me one after another and everyone were trying to figure things work out. After all, there it solved! I really appreciate.

This location is great has everything I need staff are great very friendly. Overall great experience. The girl in cosmetics gurpreet is nice and friendly she makes the shopping experience so much better

Lots of discounted items, often cheaper than at the Superstore.

Good people. Yes, the store is small, but the important stuff is on hand. Don’t want ginormous place. We have enough of those places in the neighbourhood. God bless.

great staff, the store is split into 2 sections, the pharmacy and the beauty center, the store has a beauty center, hair die, shower essentials, mostly unhealthy food( no soup, canned goods, ect.), a small home section and a full pharmacy
