I ordered a pair of combat boots from Pre-fair under a time limit, and the company managed to get the boots to me a whole day earlier than predicted.
I ended up receiving a pair of leaky boots (waterproof model, must have just missed sealing a portion), and when I brought it up with the returns department they were quick to communicate with me and help me with my issue - I was the slow party in this case hahaha.
They swapped boots and even the size too with no issues after they confirmed that the original pair did indeed have a leak.
The customer service has been an absolute delight, and I’d recommend this shop to anyone in a heart beat!

Huge place with decent prices. Helping staff and good merchandise. But beware, one young cashier (glasses and tattoos, mid 20's) was badmouthing a customer.... don't do that, girl! Should gave showed more respect.

Very nice place, huge inventory, everything you can dream of is there. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, I appreciated my visit deeply. Strongly recommend for all your tactical/military/EMS/Police/Airsoft needs.

This was my 1st visit and my boyfriend (an Airsoft player) worried I would hate it. It was quite the contrary. This is a huge space, that had lots to offer.
Lots of parking space and great opening hours. We showed up at 16h on Easter Monday (2022). We took our time browsing but eventually requested assistance since the store was closing at 17h. Guillaume was AMAZING. He knew his stock and inventory on the back of his hand!!!! What I was looking for was no longer available in my size but my boyfriend did find a belt (thanks to Guillaume's help). This warehouse offers loads of construction/airsoft variety at good prices.

Amazing store! The employees are helpful and friendly and the selection is good, there are a lot of airsoft rifles but a lack of foreign military surplus.

I love this place. Think of it as an army/outdoor surplus, but on some serious steroids! This was the original Sail store before the owners sold the brand. The crazy thing is that I live close to it and drive by it every day to work and had no idea it was there until one day a search for tactical boots that I needed for wardrobe on a production I was on led me to this awesome spot. It also has the largest selection of airsoft and related products I've ever seen! If you haven't already, check this place out!

Great place to find extraordinary clothes at a great price. A lot of military and police surplus and a lot of affordable working clothes. I strongly recommend visiting the tactical section of the shop it is one of the most exciting places to find all your gear. From paintball to pro airsoft gear, the tactical section of the Prefair is the one stop shopping destination you need to go to.

Love this place, got quite a few camos and my boots there, ton of tactical gear from well known brands. Highly recommended. Wish they would update their website though.
