SAIL

My son and I were 3 days into our 2 week camping trip to Gaspé and Percé when 2 of my aluminun tent poles cracked. I tried another outdoor store before going to SAIL but was told I would have yo leave them 2 days. I didn't have the time. So I called ahead and was happy that Louis spoke anglais to make communicating easier.
He first thought to replace my poles with generic ones SAIL carried which I was ready to do but when he saw the split in my pole he suggested 2 splints to slide over the break. Well...he found a pair of pliers and squeezed the broken part closed as I forced the splint repair over the cracked section. Once done he helped again on the second broken pole. The parts only cost me about $25 and saved my vacation. The repair is now stronger than the original part.
I was so grateful and as a matter of fact called the store yesterday to tell them how happy I was with Louis' ingenuity and for making my son and my trip to Percé a much happier one 👍

This is a really nice size store for all your outdoor needs. They regularly have sale and liquidation racks as well. Pricing is competitive

I work there in the camping departement, a great place for people who want to pay less for brand like: north face, msr, oakley, etc. A lot of choice, a lot of stocking, our mindset is to have everything in stock

Excellent store with amazing products and service!

A bit far, coming from Mirabel, but they were the only place not 200 km away for the item I was looking for. Sail is beside the 20 hwy, so it's pretty easy to get there. Place was clean with sufficient parking lot.

everything was ok but all new stock boots were out of size 10,10.5 made my choice hard but finally found some in the middle of the store

Nice and cozy sports retailler! Good quality of their marchandise but sometimes not as cheap as you would want! Anyway the best quality- price rapport in the area...

They have many different products. In general, good quality at high prices but you can find good deals as well.
