Place is clean and usually well stocked. I've been shopping here for years since I live in the area. A couple of times I've had "issues" with one of the staff members, but the rating is for the business as a whole

For years this has been the only No Frills at which I've shopped. The parking and store lay out is conducive to a calm and pleasant shopping experience with a good variety of items to meet my needs but what truly distinguishes this store is the outstastanding kindness, care, and overall professionalism of the store associates. I wish I knew all your names but I greatly value your hard work and comraderie both with eachother and with your customers. The produce manager epitomizes these qualities and has a great team who works alongside him that provides honest and complete answers to all of my questions and otherwise assists me in every way and as quickly as possible so that I leave having averted a nervous breakdown in trying to choose the best berries or nectarines or what have you available. It's always a pleasure being your customer.

Really good staff but busy usually and not the biggest selection. Good store though

The store is fantastic. The side parking lot it's on is kind of junky. Hope the city does a revit. project.

It has a nice big parking lot. This is the most peaceful and clean no frills.

No frills sells grocery at a cheaper rate than any other grocery market. That’s awesome !

The fruits and Veggies are always fresh. Great quality. Better than Loblaws. Yes I know Loblaws owns No Frills, but 100% the quality is way better at No Frills.

All staff are always helpful & courteous. Staff go the extra mile to re-stock products quickly.
Greatly improved atmosphere since changed ownership! Also, much cleaner and organized generally with more products.

A lovely, clean place. Other grocery stores are closer to where I live but I still travel to this one because it’s such a great place to shop. Produce lasts a long time and the stuff I like is still affordable. I’m able to get 3 large bags of groceries for $60 here including stuff (meat, cheese, fruit, freezer goods, etc) that drives up the bill at other stores. Thank you!

Update, Jan. 6, 2023. The checkout manager was in a good mood today and was kind and helpful to the staff. It was great to see.

Every time I visit it the store is Nice, and clean. I get always good customer service. I will be back Thanks to everyone

It is a hidden treasure hunt disguised as a grocery shop.. you have to pay up at last of course… you will never know what you will find… i find new product every time I go there. So just keep looking and you will find something unexpected

You might plan to spend 30 but end up spending 60..so plan less if you intend to save some money.. good place…just a small suggestion - the price will be mentioned for products in lbs, so be careful or you will end up with a heavy bill and a very light wallet..

Great deals, but it's a little busy.

I drive a couple extra blocks to get to this store so that I don't have to pay Loblaws prices. Everything is well-priced here and I've never had any problems. They also have this brand of certified ethically / sustainably sourced fish, which I can't even find at Loblaws. Once in a while (though not very often) I step on a sticky spot on the floor, and I smile, because I know that the money that would've gone into better maintenance is going into my pocket.

I find it annoying that they close at 9:00 PM though.

Edit: I also find it annoying that you cannot call the store to ask a simple question, and the phone number listed goes to a 1-800 where they don't answer.
