Bottleworks Liquor Store

Wonderful experience! Had exactly what we were looking for (we visited 4 different liquor stores, and no one had it!) And the lady at the front desk was super nice and went out to show us where to find the items we were looking for. She was also very nice to my mother, who doesn't speak English and tried to explain what she wanted, she listened carefully and helped us out. We are definitely coming back!

Everyone that works here is always so nice! Not only are they friendly to me but they also greet and talk to my two toddlers. My son really likes the manager and how he always plays around with him. I like their selection of single beers and how there are always new ones to try. They always ask if I need help finding anything and are able to answer any questions that I may have. The location is convenient and it's always so tidy and clean inside. The bonus is that sometimes there is a cute little dog in there too.

Customer service isn’t dead! Super impressed with the helpful, friendly and knowledgeable service at this shop. Rod in particular was incredibly kind and helpful!

This is a great new store, it is not shady or surrounded by vagrants. The layout is very warehouse but in a good way. Good use of the space. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the prices are comparable to the other local stores.

Was so excited when this place opened. Always friendly, nice neighborhood spot! Indian guy who works there (who wears the apron?) provides exceptional service :)

It was my first time there but the guys working made me feel like I was a regular! Great tips and recommendations, and fully stocked shelves. It is a smaller store but they still seem to have anything you’d look for.

Must be the only liquor store around where they don't put tipping suggestions in the interac machine... Makes me want to tip them! Also, they're very helpful and have a good selection.

Every time I walk in I feel super welcome, the staff are friendly and helpful. The prices are very close to BC Liquor, there are some items that beat them.
Not yet fully stocked, but I always find what I’m looking for.
I heard they are stocking the upper floor with selections os fine wine, I’m so excited to see!
I am definitely choosing this store over others for location, customer service and price.

Excellent customer service! I brought a 12 pack Mike Hard and one of the can is half empty. They were able to fix the issue right away and offer compensation. Excellent teamwork and I recommend everyone to shop here. :)

Been coming here quite a bit recently ever since they opened and I'm very happy. They have super friendly staff and the selection is growing. I'm excited for this store to be fully stocked. I think it's the best liquor store in Surrey I've been to so far.

I live right across the street from this store, and it’s by far one of the best liquor stores hands down. The prices are even better than most private liquor stores and BC liquor store. Keep up the good work guys!!

Great staff super helpful but possibly management should think about upgrading the tip option when paying by debit card staff is very friendly and go out of their way even though they don't have that tip option on debit .
