Had a pair of Chelsea boots made by Crossover, got to pick the color material trim and sole. Experience was amazing and Bruce was so easy to deal with and accommodating. I get complimented on the boot every time I wear it. I loved the rubber sole so much I had an idea to put it on a winter style loafer to wear to the office and turned out incredible, extremely comfortable and leather is top notch minimal creasing after everyday wear this winter so far! Thank you Crossover, you have a lifetime customer!
