LCBO

My local LCBO has one of the largest inventories in Canada, especially noteworthy is its vintage collection. All staff are knowledgeable and have always been successful in recommending labels and varieties that are similar to what I wanted but may have been out of stock temporarily. Bags or boxes to carry the several bottles are available for safe carrying on demand. Shopping carts make collecting favorite and new products easy. I recommend the LCBO at this location to anyone of legal age.

Best Mezcal I have tried at the LCBO. I have tasted in the past, less quality and higher prices.I bought 5 bottles just in case it's a price mistake on the LCBO's end??
Good Mescal is a hard product to see consistantly in regards to their consistant stock. I'm using mine for back yard BBQ & mezcal margaritas.

These folks are so nice and warm no matter the weather outside. Lovely layout to the store for the space, and usually great finds in the cabinets. The beer captains have a solid selection, the Vintages section is well organized and the place is clean and bright.

Good location. Medium sized store with good selection. Very helpful staff. Clean. Has a good little vintages section and a good beer/cooler area as well. Parking can be a bit busy at peak times but usually isn't too bad. Also. They sell booze so could it be THAT bad really? Cheers! 🍻

Very helpful staff in this location. Shanica is simply the best. I went to the store at 8:50pm and the store closes at 9pm. I was looking for specific liquor and I knew exactly where I can find it. It turned out that it wasn't there. This sunshine, Shanica, put the place upside down and she found it. She could've said that it's late and to send me out, but instead, with a big smile on her face she spent a good amount of time to make me happy. Thank you, Shanica. You are great young girl 🌹

Very Friendly service. Small and compact store.
However I feel the staff should be trained in cocktails, I asked about citrus vodka for cosmopolitan drink the the gentleman had no idea.

So many choices but I get my Kraken spiced rum every time.

One of the workers has a great sense of humor and he is a very nice person. Even weeks after I came again, this person will still remember me and would be happy to serve me.
Also, big thanks to the security, I really appreciate their work.

I love the location of this LCBO, it's honestly so convenient. It's very clean and bright inside, with a very good collection of alcohol. And the workers there are all so open and friendly, if you need any help finding something specific, they know their stuff!

I'm annoyed I was stupid enough not to ask her name, but one of the cashiers one night was asking every customer that went to her booth what they always wanted to do that's surprising they hadn't done by now. For me it was visit Casa Loma. It was a quiet night so the line wasn't held up from questions like these. Either way, you don't see this very often at cash registers and I appreciate the friendliness. It definitely makes it obvious we're all neighbours here.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, smallish store but decent selection for the area. Ordering online for same day pickup is a good way to avoid lineups but normally pretty quick at moving customers through when it's busy.

Great selection and generally much quieter than other large locations in the city. Always stuff around to help out.

Our first experience there was not good, but now we have adopted that as our default store and definitely this store is better than others around. There is a refrigerator room a good variety of wines and the store is very organized. Service is also good.

Staff is always friendly, helpful, and up to date on product info. I was trying to find Walters Caesars and asked the first staff member that walked by. He knew that it was revealed and that this was the 3rd time. Imo this was an obscure product

This brand new store has a great local beer section with dozens of Ontario beers and ciders, so much better than the Beer Store! Generally has a good selection of wines and spirits and the staff is nice. There's a small free parking too.

Overall a great experience great staff very cheerful and happy...... Until last night. I asked a young man for help locating a product and he made me feel as though I was inconveniencing him asking for help.
I was under the impression that that's what the customer service was all about.
Even if it was an inconvenient moment with only four peopole in the store I don't think there was any need to be condescending. If you have difficulty with customer service why are you a cashier at the LCBO? Find another job if you're that much better than everybody else.
