I wanted to buy a gaming monitor but I had some doubts about the quality of the panels. This place is perfect to see the actual model and test it for a while in-store. The other products are also available to test starting from TVs to home appliances to headphones and also phones and tablets. The sellers were not bothering but helping. The store was big enough to see all product in one place

I was buying a printer I am very happy with the staff the Best Buy offers great staff when I asked a the people at the geek area at the back for the printer and a nest cam it took a while but eventually they found it and when I was done with the payments the guy offer to bring them to the front to pay for the items the best cam was found in the front and there were a lot of tech demos at the best but the location was very convenient! Too!

I had a really pleasant experience with Luis (Geek Squad: Downtown Location) yesterday. He looked into the issue I brought up and explained to me the steps I needed to do to get it fully resolved because he didn't have access to do so. And then went out of his way to ensure that he made up for their mistake by reversing one of the charges. Showed compassion, memorable experience, amazing customer service!

Our stacked washer dryer in our condo recently crapped out. Last week, I went to this Best Buy location as it is conveniently located near where I work downtown. Upon coming into the store , I was directed to the large appliance section and was told someone would be there to help me momentarily. Disha - which I understand is one of the managers - came over to assist me. She was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process. Made the effort to get me the best price possible, assisted me in scheduling the delivery, etc. Unfortunately, the day I was expecting the delivery I got a call informing me the washer came to the courier damaged and needed a replacement. This was quite concerning as my wife is ready to give birth to our second child any day now; so our stacked washer dryer breaking couldn't have come at a worse time.

Disha hopped on this right away, and was even helping me out on her day off. The turn around on a replacement/exchange for large appliances is usually 3-4 business days at Best Buy from (what I understand), however she worked her magic and was able get it over to me in less than 48 hours.

It is hard to come by people who genuinely care about their job in customer service and I must say that Disha knocked it out of the park. Glad to see there are still people in this line of work who take pride in what they do. Thank you so much Disha, you were the best! My wife and I couldn't be happier with our new Samsung Washer-Dryer.

William at the Mobile desk was very helpful and informative. I was easily able to get a new number with BYOD with the best deal available thanks to his expertise. Really appreciate the fast and professional service!

Overall, the experience with Aran, Pruskoth and then assistant manager Nelly at the Bay and Dundas Best Buy location was absolutely wonderful. I went in thinking I would just look at an item before purchasing it through other means, however Aran gave me sound advice without being pushy and brought in Pruskoth to find a monthly service fee that was lower than my current fee! So with the addition of the monthly tab fee, the cost I would be paying is equal to what I was already paying!

Nelly then continued to add value by giving me $150, Pixel Pro Buds at a discounted price, a Google Nest Mini, and a screen protector. He also introduced me to the 3yr mobile protection plan (which includes the screen protector) and its discounted price by being a Best Buy Member! I will definitely be going back to Best Buy for all my electronic needs!

This location is pretty big. So big that it doesn't seem busy and the line ups move relatively quickly.

If your looking for a graphic card drop be prepared to wait in a line up that wraps all the way around to Bay St. The stores don't release the info till a day or two ahead. If you check the blog out they'll release the exact date their dropping more.

Here's a tip if your looking for any kind of gaming system, or graphics card. They keep them under lock and key, So, don't ask someone in the gaming or computer section it's a waste of time. Just head straight the the Customer Service or Cashier section. Ask them if they have anything you're looking for in stock. Then they have someone check the room where all the items are caged. Only when they've confirmed its in stock will they allow the purchase. They kinda give one another a nod, and signify if you can make the purchase. Then the security guard standing there decide if hes seen you there before. I've had cashiers tell me there's nothing in stock and then they have a manager check in the room to see if there actually is one. They get can get shipments from head office just about any day of the week.

From my knowledge I don't think they allow their employees to purchase anything until after their shift is over.

If your trying to find a system online you have to select the nearest store in your area and in the morning is when they update their available stock. I've never personally had any luck with online purchases of gaming systems and graphics s cards, but that's how they tell me it's done.

Big nicely laid out store. So much better than the older style ones that are so out of date. Plenty of staff and they are friendly which is great. Love the Google and Apple sections of the store. The environment is so relaxing it is one of my favourite retail spots.

I recently visited this store to buy an SD card reader, the item I wanted was hanging in the wrong place which caused confusion, some of the staff members weren’t very helpful but eventually a colleague named Farid helped me. Farid was friendly and helpful, he showed great customer service and resolved the issue quickly! Thanks again Farid

My Kindle scribe case hunt led me to Best Buy, Bay and Dandas in Canada, guided by Google's promise of the last case, but my hopes were dashed when it wasn't there. Then entered Sathish Sha, the knight in shining Best Buy armor.

Sathish's conversation with me quickly transformed into a mission to find my Kindle case. He scoured the store tirelessly, turning it upside down in his quest. His dedication and determination were awe-inspiring, ensuring I didn't leave disappointed.

I wanted a study laptop and I had some features in my mind so I went their and one sales representative in training helped me and his helped was wonderful I was so confused he shown me various products according to my budget and priorities and I finally decided what I wanted to a great help and wonderful place to get.

Ah man where do I start…Sujj and Fen are poster boys for customer service…BestBuy is very lucky to have these 2 guys I got the pleasure to deal with working for them. Just wow! Sujj always goes above and beyond, even if there is an issue -which happens and it’s never from their side -it’s anything 3rd party involved -I don’t know what I would of done without him, to Sujj thank you for showing me and my family the compassion and integrity u would want for ur own family, to Fen thank you for ur professionalism and conduct through my many purchases man…Thank you to the entire BestBuy team, especially Sujj and Fen!

I went to purchase a macbook at bestbuy 65 Dundas, everything went smooth from setup to billing. When i exchanged it after a few days with a better product from Apple the billing got messed up. I retuned back to the same location and Jason the team leader helped me quickly rectify my problem and fixed it within minutes. I would also like to appreicate Soudieph(sorry if i spelt wrong) he works in the computer section extremly knowledgeable and amazing person to talk to. Vedant and Soudieph gave me right guidance as in what i should buy and Daman at Geek squad was the one who setup my Mac. Thank you for making things simple and easy. If you want laptops meet Vedant or soudieph.

Had a great experience in this store. Went in just to try on a few headphones and walked away very happy with a $400 pair. Huge shoutout to Kavan, excellent customer service, friendly, and very knowledgable without pushing me too hard to spend more than I wanted. I'd give him ten stars if I could

I recently purchased a Galaxy A54 phone, HP printer 4155e and a HP Envy X360 laptop from Best Buy for my college studies and for personal use. I found the staff to be extremely knowledgeable regarding the products they sell and were able to answer all my questions and give me helpful advice. The store was very busy on the day I arrived and I had to wait about 25 minutes to get my new phone set up with Virgin Mobile. That being said, the associate went over all the phone plans and matched me with an excellent plan that fit perfectly with my budget. The associate also gave me a gift card in which I used to purchase the phone case. I also became a Geek Squad member so I feel confident that if I need help with any of my purchases help is just a text away. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my visit to Best Buy. Store was clean and well organized and staff were top notch. On a side note, the washroom inside the store was super helpful when shopping!

Best Buy remains one of the best “bricks and mortar” stores to satisfy your electronic needs, whether it be for home appliances, cameras, computing, home theatre, etc. The store on Dundas is in the heart of downtown Toronto. If you know your technology, you’ll definitely find some great deals and best buys.

George helped us get 2 phone plans and another line for excellent deals with infinite patience and friendly service in the black friday rush.

Ive been to this best buy a few times and the staff are so helpful and knowledgable. i never have to chase someone to ask for help, and they take the time to help you compare products.
