I know the pharmacy may suck but I don’t shop there. I like this store is unique and offers vegan organic food options unlike the many other locations. This is unique shoppers and stands out to me so I’ll just be shopping here for that.

Main store staff always friendly and efficient. Pharmacy is too busy and needs more staff. Phone wait times can be 15-20 minutes and filling prescriptions on average takes 2—4 days. Pharmacists will bully you if you request a prescription rush. Recommendation: Find another place to get your prescriptions filled if possible or request auto refill service so you don't have to call in your order.

I recently had an appointment for my flu shot at this location and I loved how organized they were despite how crowded the store was that day. Dr. Homa -the doctor who gave me the shot- was extremely friendly and gentle and all in all, the store environment was amiable and well-organized.

I have used your busy store for 25 years and have never incurred what I would call a bad experience. We are in a high density area with many seniors. There have been times when something new or a refill from Pharmacy took a few days to be completed, but it was always explained by whoever took my order by phone or served me at the counter. I am a satisfied customer. Thank you.

The pharmacist Manvir is very knowledgable and patient, and the student Nick is professional and did a covid test for me. The whole pharmacy team is friendly. I can tell they are under a lot of stress but have tried their best to serve patients. People in this community have to understand that the pharmacy is swarmed with so many prescriptions, covid tests and vaccine appointments every day, and just like many other businesses they are sometimes short-staffed because of covid. So the staff deserve to be treated better! I really appreciate their team's effort!

I live downtown and visited this pharmacy on Sunday. Manvir (I hope I spelled that correctly) and the entire pharmacy team are very friendly and helpful. Nick Le helped me for a vaccine. I can't thank this team enough for helping me out. It was pure kindness and I think you know who I am because you really made my day and the trip was worth it!

Nabelle and Kayla in the fragrance department were AMAZING. They helped me choose the SpiceBomb Infrared with their knowledge and expertise. I was looking at the JPG as well, but nabelle shared some valuable knowledge on the “JPG Ultra Male” that I would like to look into.

I did make a huge mistake during my visit, but they were so kind and cool about it. I appreciate their hospitality and their amazing knowledge on fragrances!

I went there on November 29th, it was amazing to spend my time to shop here,the staffs are so friendly and helpful,Special Saffron and Ghazal. They are super nice!!! If you need guide to know the all beauty product, please go there,you will have wonderful experience. I was planing to do the surveys,it said only allow to do in 7 days. So sad. What a pity. Maybe I will go and shop again on Boxing Day!LOL!

Great, helpful staff. Very convenient for everyday basic foods and beauty products. Pharmacy service is good. Having a post office there with helpful staff is a big bonus.
