Staff is pretty good, as friendly as you can be with that kind of fast pace and hustle daily. Customer service is not easy these days, trust me I know. Shelves are pretty much always full and fresh. There's never any baskets when you come in. You will need to look around. My only real negative comment is the prices. These days 110 dollars don't get you much. And its not just here. Over all great job team!

A spacious, clean, and well-lit store with competitive prices. A convenient location with a bus-stop right at its entrance and ample free parking spaces in front. The store consistently maintains well-stocked shelves and coolers, fresh fruits and vegetables, and the staff are friendly.

Great place to shop, and not break the bank! Always well stocked shelves and coolers, and staff always ready to help if you can’t find what you need. Canned and packaged goods are always less expensive than the Loblaws down the street. Give your wallet a break and try this place out.

There is no Freshco anywhere near where I live, so have never been to one. Stopped here on way home as I needed to get milk, that was about it. Once onside I was shocked at the prices that we ended up buying quite a few items. With the cost of groceries now, $45 at Metro and all you come out with is bread, milk and a loaf of bread. It will be worth the drive to grocery shop here.

Limited groceries but quality products, fresh produce and helpful employees. Open from 8 am to 10 pm.

A very large store. It has a convenient location, here you can buy fresh vegetables and fruits.. Friendly staff. Inside is always clean and everything is organized

I'm usually quiet in groceries but I totally vibed with the workers at Freshco, everyone was enjoying their night shift and chatty. The cashier was also super kind which as a result led me to leave this 5 star review. Love it when people enjoy what they are doing and see customers as humans rather than a robotic service task. Great job Freshco management & team! 🫶

Great prices especially compared to other grocery stores in the area, will be torn down among 2 other grocery stores around here, for condos :((

Nicholas is always so friendly and attentive, I almost always have him as my cashier. His great customer service should be recognized, and is part of why I continue to come back. Great pricing and neatly stocked shelves always lots of staff working when I am there.

They have definitely improved over the years. 4 years ago they didn’t have much selection for me, but the produce and vegan selection has become rather unique.

Good food and prices here.This store is excellent about health protocols as well.

This was by far the most cleanest of the locations I've shopped at. There's a good variety of ethnic foods as well including in the diary/yogurt section. It also was surprisingly well stocked given the supply chain constraints that beleaguered the grocery/retail industry.

Fine in a pinch, but honestly if you can just walk North, West, or South five minutes there's butchers, grocers, specialty stores, etc with better food for often times better prices.

They do have good sales on ice cream though.

The vegetables here are fresh and the staff is really helpful. One guy went out of the way and got me something from their stock, which was not on the shelves outside. Indian grocery/snacks are limited though.

Overall, it's a good place to shop.

Has decent parking and is right next to go and buststop.

I want to commend a worker by the name of Elmar at FreshCo on Dundas west. He went above and beyond exceptional customer service. He paid it forward to me and my daughter, when I arrived at the store thinking it was open early morning ( website said it was) and I wanted to purchase eggs for breakfast before my daughter went to school. Elmar offered to buy the eggs for me and would not accept my money. He insisted that he wanted to pay it forward because he was a newcomer and grateful for how he was welcomed since being in Canada. I felt amazing to be Canadian as he said that, and felt thankful and appreciative that he offered the eggs to me. If we were all kind to each other, life would be so much easier on everyone. Positive vibes to Elmar, and I wish you the best in all that you do! 🙏

I love this store. Excellent prices for what i need. Optimal customer service from everyone. Very personable if that's what you like. Very clean location. Easy in and easy out. I would definitely recommend this store to everyone. Its not like any other.

Great store, great produce choice, smoothies, vegan snacks and even some eastern european snacks and food! Ditched my No Frills near home to this store, since it is on the way to my dojo anyway and love it. Also feels cleaner than any no frills I've been at.

This morning while waiting for my turn on the cashier; I focused my attention with these elderly woman, the customer, who has an injured casted left hand that really hard to pay her grocery items, and put her items in the bag and carried it on her shoulder were really impossible to do but this is the highlights of the story,
It was the cashier with the name Adrianne on cashier number one (1) who did everything for her. I really gave her the warmest compliments of it all that she have done.
That was really remarkable, I hope, that everyone of us must do the same humanitarian, being a good Samaritan, as I must say.
