I had a nice consumer experience, much better than shopping online. People like me that are not very well versed in technology will find attending to the store really convenient. I needed a printer and right on the door a nice salesman asked me what I was looking for, gave me some recommendations based on my needs, expected use of the product and budget. He also helped me find other items like paper and more ink. Overall I felt it was a very smooth and fast purchase experience. I'll recommend it 100%

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Best Buy and was astounded by the level of customer service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a trio of knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff members – Kevin, Raveena, and Riking. They assisted me with utmost dedication while I was choosing a scooter, ensuring I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision.

To my surprise, the scooter was promptly delivered to my doorstep the very next day. However, life threw a little curveball in the form of a manufacturer's defect from Land Rover. Without missing a beat, Best Buy's stellar service shone through once again when I met Christian the following day. His approach to resolving the issue was nothing short of exceptional. Christian, along with the team, made genuine efforts to rectify the situation, standing by their commitment to customer satisfaction.

In a world where genuine customer service seems to be dwindling, Best Buy and its dedicated team members like Kevin, Raveena, Riking, and Christian are shining examples of how it should be done. Their combined efforts transformed a potentially negative experience into one that reaffirms my faith in the brand. I wholeheartedly recommend this store not just for its products, but for its outstanding team that truly goes above and beyond for their customers. Kudos to Best Buy and its exemplary staff!

It's the best buy in Toronto in my opinion. They are so welcoming and helpful. I purchased a laptop there and Dev really help me. He takes time to explain me and take care of me. His colleague I don't remember her name, I think it was Deveshna she was also helpful. I really enjoyed. And they also suggested me to switch my phone operator to virgin. I was happy because since I wanted to cancel my account from Fido and changed but I didn't know how. I really recommend this place ❤❤❤

I would like to send these stars over to Esther at the Customer Service yesterday(Oct.18) I went with my son to make a return and she was so Happy, friendly and helpful. She explained every step to my son and I and the return went smoothly. She directed us to the video games for my sons Nintendo and checked us out again with the biggest smile. She made my day.

Outstanding service was provided by the dynamic duo, Dev (assistant manager) and Ryan (appliance specialist) at Best Buy Keele & St Clair. This team exceeded expectations by not only price matching our order but also ensuring the impeccable condition of our new appliances for both delivery and installation.

Sooo impressed with the service i recieved at this Best Buy location. Everyone i delt with was so friendly and it truely felt like they were there to help me and wanted to. CJ the Senior Advisor was incredible. He helped me find the best solution for a new cell phone provider and plan and helped navigate through a tricky situation of porting my number without having my previous device. He literally spent hours with me and was very kind and patient through it all. And to top it off, he was assisting other staff as needed throughout. This man deserves a raise!

At Best Buy Vaughan they specialize in helping you find the best technology to fit the way you live. The team is responsive and very helpful. They can help transform your living space with the latest HDTVs, computers, smart home technology, and gaming consoles. They can walk you through updating your appliances with cutting-edge refrigerators, ovens, washers and dryers. Place is clean, people moving, the staff are quick to see if you need help. They carry all the products I have needed saving me so much time of having to go to Miami, that’s a saver.

Highly recommend! Joseline was very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. She took her time to explain it to me and I didn’t feel pressured at all. Fen was great in explaining ways on how I could save and have more security for the product for the long term. Great service from the whole team!

I recently purchased a TV and was assisted by Fen. Fen helped me find the best TV with his expertise on the features possible (i.e., translated what all the acronyms mean) and explained the benefits of the BB extended warranty. Eder & Alicia at the front desk were very helpful, including helping carry the TV outside and hailing a cab to get it home. Bravo for the efficient and kind service.
