My experience was very good! I needed some help with shipping something through FedEx and the gentleman at the store was really helpful.

I also had a good experience here when we needed help with some other stuff, I think we needed some photos, and the young girl working at the store was also amazing and got everything done perfectly! Thanks guys for everything

Literally just left the location. I came under an hour ago to pick up my FedEx package, the variety said it's not there without even looking in the area where the packages were.
It clearly said "pending pickup" at the location. And she was adamant it wasnt there.
I requested through FedEx a current status and it said "ready for pick up august 11th as of 1:35pm”
Went back and ask her again and to look.
She proceeded to look and it was there. She blamed the app not being updated, but thats not the case, it was exactly the same status since 1:35pm.
She had an arrogant smirk and zero apologies.
Whoever the owner is, talk to your staff, theyre making your store look bad.

Up until today this was my go to convenience store. After the way the ignorant cashier treated me today ill never go back. Been using my Koho Mastwrcard here for over a mo th now twice a week. Today all of a sudden the little teenybopper behind the counter said "No Koho card allowed", "Only cash or debit". Yet iused my Koho card twice last week. Severel times the week prior. And i go in every Friday to get my kids slushies after their hard week at school. Ill never give this store another cent of my cash. Go ahead and erase this review i dare you.... Im going to just copy all the text and constantly repost my review
