We have worked with Christina van Eyck for over 7 years and have always been impressed. I was initially scepticle but she has proven her skills many times over.

She designed our primary bedroom, living room, eat-in kitchen area, office and dining room so I can definitely recommend her because we love her work!

She is excellent because she listens to what people like and always gives you a room you will enjoy. She has great ideas, knows all the available choices of furniture, fabrics, rugs and gives very detailed drawings. She puts a collection together of all the design decisions so you can easily see how things will look together. Difficult, she has a beautiful style which I have always respected.

As well, Ethan Allen has beautiful options and everything lasts for years. The delivery people are the most careful movers I have ever met and extremely professional.

Our family are so happy we chose Christina and Ethan Allen; definitely recommend them!

We love our new Ethan Allen buffet. We were offered several options which allowed us to 'customize' the door fronts, the drawer edges, the legs and the wood stain/colour. I am so thankful that Zelda came to our home to finalize our choices because as it turned out the colour I had picked in the store would have been wrong with the other wood in our living/dining room. In recent years we have purchased three large investment pieces of furniture from Ethan Allen and in ever case been pleased with the good quality of their products as well as the process right up to, and including the delivery into our home.

Christina Van Eyck is excellent to work with as she is very patient with my mattress hunting. When I met Christina at the Thornhill design center, she had been guiding me through to try all of the different mattresses with each of the comfort options at the design center. I did not feel any pressure when I tried the mattresses at the design center when the EA staff were working around. This is another great thing I enjoy shopping at Ethan Allen. The new mattress is thicker than the original mattress, so I also got the mattress pad before the delivery.

After the visit, I went to other mattress retailers to try 20 more mattresses. Then I made one more visit at EA Thornhill design center before my final decision. After I made up my mind, Christina provided me with the great assistance to proceed with my purchase.

Choosing the mattress comfort level is very personal. You may come to the right mattress from another company. As the returning customer of Ethan Allen, we have witnessed the quality consistency of the decor accessories and big furniture throughout the last 25 years. People may think my words are biased, however, the quality consistency tells everything.

The delivery service is punctual and professional which is the same as 25 years ago! On top of the comfort level that met my needs, the mattress that meets the CertiPUR-US® standards is incredible.

We got our money's worth at the mattress, the purchase and delivery process. We highly recommend Ethan Allen!

Excellent service from Alice. From start to finish she was able to suggest designs, finishes, contrasting colour options and show what it would it would look like in a 3D image, which I thought was really cool.

Alice helped us with the design, she is a professional, creative and talented designer, every single piece that she designed in terms of matching colors and layout was just what we were looking for.
Moreover, her patience allowed me to comfortably choose whatever I had in my mind. She patiently listened to my needs, and what she designed or suggested worked amazingly well. All in all, I’m very satisfied with her and her team.

It was our first time at Ethan Allen and let me tell you we are truly impressed. First, the quality of the furniture is outstanding. It is hard to find this quality anywhere and we were very happy to see something that not just met our standards, but exceeded all of our expectations. Secondly, I would like to commend our sales representative - Maya Singh. From the moment we stepped into the store, she gave us her undivided professional attention. Within less than an hour we had everything picked out including all of the custom details Maya suggested. In addition, she also offered to demonstrate how the pieces we chose will look in our room using rendering software. She is professional, experienced and creative.

It was my first experience to purchase furniture from this store, I was so impressed by the quality of furniture and several options in fabrics and their unique designs, but I really appreciate the help of fantastic designer Maya Singh, she is one of the best designers I have ever seen, she was so helpful and came up with great ideas how to decorate my house, she put lots of efforts and helped me to find the best option suited my house, I was so confused about 4 month looking all stores in the city to find the best match for my house. Maya is professional, amazing designer and so patient. We purchased almost all furniture from them and received them last week , I’m so satisfied with them and strongly recommend Ethan Allen to everyone and specially have consult with Maya Singh regarding the design and then you will understand how amazing is she. A couple of months ago we visited Ethan Allen Thornhill location store to look for a new sofa for our condo. We did some research online and found a couple of options prior to our store visit. At the store we met Jessica Weitzenbaur the lead deisgner and she worked hard on helping us finalize our decision about the type of sofa, selection of the fabric type, color, etc... While there I also spotted an armless chair, which we decided to buy to compliment the new sofa. The chair was delivered last week and we are now waiting for our sofa. Jessica was amazing! She spent a long time with us, helping us make the decision on the sofa style. She was instrumental in helping to select the correct fabric and color. She also helped with selection of the fabric and color for the chair. Jessica is a very talented designer. She has a lot of experience, she is very patient and has a great personality. It was a pleasure to work with her on our little project. We highly recommend her!

I recently completely refurnished my condo with Ethan Allen furniture. Alice Choee was my interior designer. She was amazing! She understood my style and did an excellent job in helping me choose the furniture, fabrics and colours. She visited my condo twice to propose the layouts and recommend furniture and artwork. I really enjoy my new home thanks to Alice’s hard work. My experience with Ethan Allen was excellent.

I love the style and quality of Ethan Allen's products. We've redone our family room and main bedroom over the last year and I'm very happy with everything we've bought, from the actual furniture to the decorative accents. And I could never have done it without our design consultant Diana Curic, who really understands my likes and dislikes and goes above and beyond with her suggestions. My partner and I had the good fortune to be connected with Jessica Weitzenbaur at Ethan Allen. We were looking to buy a sofa. Living in a smaller townhouse, we needed to be smart with our furniture selections. After an initial visit to the store, Jessica visited our home to take measurements and booked us in for a followup where she provided us with the various options. Overall, our process of finding and purchasing our sofa with Jessica's guidance was seamless and we would contact her for future needs!

I was very impressed with the service provided by Melinda McAllister. She is knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. When ordering my dining chairs, she suggested a gorgeous fabric which looks absolutely stunning on the chairs. She also recently assisted me in choosing the perfect wood tone for the matching dining table. It was a pleasure dealing with her and I would not hesitate to seek her assistance for future purchases.
